        Jean-Marc Mormeck vs Alexander Gurov.
I once saw a compilation video of Mormeck and recently figured I should check out one of his fights. This was a decent one, though without giving away too much I feel like the actual fight for me is somewhat overshadowed by a highly questionable decision from the ref.

His first fight with Oneil Bell is one of my favourites.

Watched Clottey vs Margarito earlier today, had Joshua ahead by 4 rounds.

Margarito was underrated and did have good skills in his prime.

Holyfield vs Tyson 1. A fight where the heart was tested.

I recently rewatched Bert Cooper vs Michael Moorer. Very underrated fight, go check it out if you haven’t already. Though, when I watch this one I can’t help but think back to Moorer’s fight against Holyfield. He made that one a much closer fight than it needed to be due to sheer inactivity and being overly cautious. He was so out of it and the way he fought made me think he was an out boxer.
But then I watch this fight where he shows incredible courage and is hitting Cooper with bombs and I just have to wonder, “What happened?”

I have not watched the fights (recently) but at first blush I would think Holyfield was considerably more threating to Moore so he smartly stayed outside. Not only was Holyfield juiced he was a mean dirty fighter one shouldn't get inside with.

I remember how Holyfield fought that night, and it was definitely one of his weaker performances pre millennium. Sure he scored a KD on Moorer early on, but he also spent the entire fight out of breath, slowly chugging along on sheer heart alone. But no matter what, Moorer kept refusing to just let his hands go!
