I am not sure they can beat Usyk though. He is already faster, other than Tunney, and if those cruiserweights put on pounds they will be even slower with less stamina. Usyk is exactly the right size to topple men from all eras of heavyweight--both past and present. He can already beat the present guys. I believe he would also whip a Klitscho and whip him good--either galoot. The current big boys are handled, now for the little guys, is what the old timers are saying.

"Size doesn't matter" deserves a banned word in response. To hear some guys talk, featherweights must punch as hard as heavyweights. It must be big news that they don't.

I hope Apples is still here?Talk about Night Of The Long Knives. If I get the heave ho I'm coming back as Ernst Rohm.

Then again... when has the queen B ever let a trivial detail, like plausibility, logic, or the length of time (in this case) get in the way of a yarn?

            - - No known antidote to the Tubster never having beat a standing champ winning his title in the Ring nor ever holding more than a single belt in a multibelt era he helped to create.

Norton was much better, the whole reason he was in the Ali/Foreman circle while being trained by Frazier.

Poor Lar still smarting from Olympic Medalist Bobick knocking him out of the Olympic trials, forever an inferiority complex...

He helped create? Lmao......yes, because they surely wouldn't have moved forward without ol Larry. Did Holmes have a hand in creating the WBO, IBA, IBO and all the other ABC orgs that have popped up over the years too?

                - - Had a hand in creating a new Ring Champ by dint of previously beating journeyman Weaver who travelled to SAfrica to whoop Coetzee, the WBA Champ Lar turned down a career purse to fight.

Maybe im wrong, but I was under the impression Holmes became the Ring and lineal champion after beating Ali. And we've been over this countless times. Holmes had no problem fighting Coetzee, but he took a political stand and wasn't going to fight in a country that held blacks down and treated them as second class citizens. If that was Vits taking a stand and not fighting in Russia (he never did) you would be applauding his courage and moral integrity. Either way you're still wrong. You said Holmes helped create a multibelt era. The Ring Championship had already been around for decades and the IBF would have been created whether it was Holmes or someone else. Just like the WBO, IBA, IBO etc. Now get off that barstool, go outside, take a walk and soak up some of that vitamin D. Debating you is like Debating a kindergarten. It's amusing but gets old quickly.

                    - - Wlad whooped undefeated Povetkin in Russia in front of ***** with Vit in his corner while Russian/Ukrainian hostilities were on going.

Ring had been in umpteen reconfigurations after Nat died.

No matter, U can’t find a single champ having won his title in the ring that Lar beat.

Counting a sick Ali that I and 5000 other heathy males coulda whooped as lineal pathetic beyond reason.

What does Wlad have to do with it? Wlad was a fighting champion, and Vits wouldn't even rematch Byrd. VK is not his brother. Wasn't Vits offered Valuev in Russia? He opted out with ridiculous contract demands. Either way, Holmes is a top 10 all time great and made a courageous stand for his principles rather than a paycheck. That's called integrity.
