In fact he was talking about Spinks. It's he who dethroned Holmes.

Looking at the guy's moniker, he was probably born in the same year of Tyson vs Williams, which occurred in 1989.

Tubsy built a full boxing gym on his substantial property and had been in training for a year for this fight while Mike was unifying titles. Tubsy got mugged, crucified really and still insanely jealous of Mike and Big George and all the Big $$$ they was making.
No. Holmes drank beer and sang karaoke. Do you know how I know that? Mike Tyson talked about meeting him there

Jessie Ferguson, Marvis Frazier, Trevor Berbick, Pinklon Thomas, Larry Holmes, Tony Tubbs, Frank Bruno I and 2, Michael Spinks, Truth Williams, Henry Tillman, Alex Stewart, Razor Ruddock 1 and 2, Buster Jr., Bruce Seldon, Francois Botha, Lou Savarease, Andrew Golota, Brian Nielsen and Clifford Etienne were all ferocious performances with little left to be desired.

              Tyson was a buzzsaw.

Yep. That's an excellent set of wins. I cannot see Carl Williams as a top 5 win at all let alone the best.

Right on all accounts, except the Botha fight. Tyson was literally sucking until he found a perfect right hand to save the day.

On the other hand, not many people remember that Alex Stewart had given a prime Holyfield hell just one year before getting annihilated by Mike in a couple of minutes or less. That was one of the best versions of Tyson ever, if you ask me.

The Botha fight was Tyson at a very low. I remember how he tried to break Botha's arm out of frustration. Still Tyson got the KO in style.

That ko was lucky. Botha stepped into a right hand Tyson threw blindly.
