My response was why would Johnson need to have the Ketchel fight fixed? He carried Ketchel, on one occasion grabbing him and setting him back on his feet when he unintentionally hit him too hard.

Have you ever read a book on Ketchel or Johnson which claims the fight was fought on its merits with Johnson doing his best from the get go? If you have, name its title and author?
