You just presented some information here a minute ago, so I'm assuming you know that to be correct based on the sources you have. Post up the sources. If you don't have them, go find them. They have been posted on the board before because you said you got them from me. So they should be still here. ****ing do the digging yourself.
Can that be any more clear?
I agreed because I read the article you posted. So you definitely have the article at your fingertips. I don't!
I only have access to the NYTimes.
My conjecture may well be wrong. I need to see the article again. I have no clue where you got it from. That's why I am asking for the citation.
Now you know the article I am talking about because you used it to show what Jeffries said (which I agree, Jeffries said it) I just want to reexamine the context.

Is that what makes you so upset? Don't worry. I think Johnson held back just a little. lol

But T does have an article where Jeffries certainly sounds like he is saying 'never would have happened.'
Fighters often change their story/what they actually believe. That is common throughout the history of the game.
What I am trying to find out is how spontaneous his 'never could have' remark was.
Spontaneous remarks can often ring more true than ones thought through.
I think, I remember, his (Jeffries) statement was made on the train ride home (I think it has been over a year since T last posted the article and I'm old so I'm not sure of my memory.), I would like to see its context again.
I am ready to change my opinion on this topic.
I still wish we could create a timeline we can agree on and then evaluate the ducking issue.
