On a very small level. Almost unnoticeable.

      Actually though!

he’s so underated because people can’t see his true qualities. He was a Roman gladiator, a triarii ! And a function first skill set of the highest calibre.

        - - Traditionally inactive women as they age sometimes suffer bone fractures from everyday routines. First thing Docs do besides dietary supplements is institute an appropriate low impact exercise program to gently increase bone density, ie mass.

That is just one disproven aspect to your typical overly vast statement of bone mass stasis.

your bones don't grow, and your weight and mass is barely effected even if you can increase bone density.

            - - Density = weight, and weight = growth, and U = BUSTED yet again. stick to boxing, not physiology.
