In other words you've once again been caught making things up.

Getting a "World Title" belt matters. But those are common and are easily stripped. Purse money matters. But McGregor and the Paul brothers earn more than most and it is easily spent. Press interest matters. But that is easily and inevitability abandoned. Induction into the IBHOF means that by manifold measures; experts, peers and public have recognized a fighter as a timeless great through an irrevocable honor. You should not be a follower of Boxing while being dismissive of this Imperfect attempt to permanently honor these athletes; and if I've pegged you all wrong as my folly, Ivich, as a guy who'd never show up at the fights wearing a "Just Bleed" t-shirt out of respect for fighers, then that's on me. So why not select five guys of recent vintage catagories who you would like inducted next?

That goes for all of you. Your misgivings about Hall of Fames in general be dammed. And cudos to those who already have.

Greatness is a subjective term and not measured by whether you are in the IBHOF.membership of which can be bought like a vanity project.

.The Rings HOF is a different matter.

You can hold what opinion you like about me,that's your prerogative ,as is mine about the IBHOF annual popularity contest.

Just don't tell me what I should and shouldn't do.
I respect any man who holds ,or has held a professional boxing licence.
I don't require a lecture on this subject.

Good picks! I see Castillo and Froch having an inside track. Reggie is a regular at the hall, a very nice guy, underated in my opinion.

That drunk never let a little thing like facts get in the way of his narrative.
