GGG made a career of feasting on scrubs and waiting for Canelo, whom he admittedly beat at least once.
Laughable. How would Hagler's draw with a journeyman, or gift SD win over a bum go down if they were GGG wins/draw? Oh, yeah, it would mean GGG sucks right? But not Hagler? Why? Old fighter bias, yeah, that's right. Nash brings the truth, the whole truth, and nothing but the truth, Nash out.

      - - Uh, oh...new fighter bias ALERT!!!

Perfectly ok to think the generation people grow up with is the best and smartest et al, but it ain't so in actuality.

Queensbury, you are like the rest, stuck living in the past. Like when prime Ray Robinson, aged 28 approx, got a very disputed draw vs a terrible journeyman, it's just excuses, oh, he fought 6 times a year though, yeah, like if Canelo fought that Turkish bum he beat a while back, if he fought him 52 times a year, he'd beat him 52 times a year. Fact. Sugar Ray drew with that journeyman because he had a slight off night, and was only very slightly better than on at his best. The old guys are overrated. Ali is no better than Chisora, Foreman would be made mincemeat of by Hughie Fury. Move with the times, mush. Nash out.

Golovkin lost to Daniel Jacobs according to British and Mexican commentators. Also he didn't set a record for middleweight title defenses as the WBA "regular" belt is a secondary title.

            - - Danny knocked down and running scared to avoid the record setting KO streak Golovkin was on.

So, yes, there is that element of light in the loafers fans and judges in existence unabashedly bound and determine to increase the current farce of boxing.

Golovkin as the permanent "away" fighter and villainous "Russian" BTFO every fighter in front of him until Canelo, thus having the dubious "real" champs fleeing for the hills, yet managed to become a quite beloved unified champ that upgrades his regular belt with more endorsement income than l'l Floydy.

And a vastly better record vs standing champs having won their titles in the ring than Tubby Lar who is 0-6, 0 KO in that regard.

              - - Welcome to use your modern superiority over all things you sniff to actually put a name to your said "terrible journeyman."

I suspect given your stated modern philosophic sop****ric attempts at humor and boxing that you might next cite a few mathematical equations unknown to Einstein in his day to prove you're smarter than him, but given the overriding evidence of moderns literally destroying while trashing the planet and each other at a degree never before seen, that you'll understand soon enough how some folks given a shovel as a much needed tool will find a way to dig their own graves to jump into.

And yes, anyone with a driver's license could take a bog standard Toyota Corolla off the showroom door and whoop the time of every driver of the first Indy 500 in 1911 making he/she/it/U vastly superior to every driver in that race, but plop your candy carcass into that race with your new buggy, and you'd find out you couldn't even start the car much less beat the drivers and would probably pass out from asphyxiation in the pit...

That's how I feel about Lara and Trout yet you all want to give them the W against Canelo... Keep it consistent

I don't think Jacobs was running scared in that fight. He did very well, although I had him losing. Golovkin's KO ratio began to drop when he faced fighters of a higher level. He's only had 3 KOs in his last 7 fights.
