Can't see leonard being overated. He beat duran, hearns, benitez and hagler. In his prime he was an incredible fighter who had just about everything. Vicious puncher too.
The only thing that you could count against him is that he only had 40 fights but looking at the quality of big fight wins, he stands out. I wouldn't pick any fighter in history to confidently beat him at welter. He could well have beaten, srr, floyd, manny etc. Id pick him to come out on top in that company.
