John Ruiz. Period. I've never seen such a flopping crybaby in my life!

I hate Max Baer. He might not be the worst ever, but damn he pretty much fights all bums in exhibitions which don't count as title defenses, he really never trained, he seemed pretty sloppy when fighting (WTF was round 2 with his fight with Primo?!), and lost his title to well, a journeymen honsetly.

Don't get me wrong, James Braddock's story is awesome, but with Record terms and everything he was more of the "Gatti of the heavyweight" divsion is what I like to say. It's great he really improved and all, but he wasn't SUPER AMAZING.

So yeah....Max baer had really didn't have that much skill except for his monsterious power. Maybe if he trained, he would have been a lot better. Kinda a shame.

norton probably has one of the worst title reigns, he was given the belt because spinks wanted a rematch with ali and then norton lost his first defense to holmes so he never won a title fight but held a title. Norton was obviously a better fighter than spinks seldon etc and should have won the title in his 3rd fight with ali.

Leon spinks! He's worst ever only HW champ to lose on oponents debut! And I think he would lose to all in that list!

BTW I think Ali made a deal with Spinks! (I give you championship and you give it to me back!) So Ali could become 3-time HW champion and avoid Norton (if i'm correct!) and retire happy!

How can you say Douglas after he fought the fight of his life to crush that huge can of hype that was Tyson IN HIS PRIME? Shannon Briggs, who got beat up by a 48 year old Foreman, got extremely lucky to catch Liakhovic, who was comfortably ahead on points in the last seconds of the final round, only to lose the title in his very first defence, with a pathetic performance against Ibragimov. And all with with his size, tremendous reach, power and jab is just shameful.

In the modern era it has to go to John Ruiz. Watching him fight is very very hard on the eyes, if you can call what he does fighting. I can see clinching and holding when you are hurt and tired, but after every punch or exchange?

The killer is that after one fight he had the audacity to complain about...to much holding by his opponent!

Ruiz was just Don King's attempt to cash in on the Latino heavyweight. I don't think it worked tho.
