Seldon wasn't THE Champion but he gets my vote. He didn't win, or lose the title like a real champion. And atleast the others are famous.

There are some really bad so called champs there, on the list maybe Carnera or Ruiz, however I went with other, Francesco Damiani the 1st WBO champ if made Ruiz and Carnera look like greats

The version of Briggs that was champion this year was awful. Jess Willard was horrible, but I guess for that time he was a giant.
