so were are the true boxingfans cuz all the guys replying are either floyd nuthuggers or pac nutthuggers and its obvious, i was never intersted in seeing this fight, why because the way i saw it, it was like floyd vs marquez all over again, and i still dont see it different why because i havent seen any changes with pac that everybody says he has, why i dont see because i havent seen pac fight anyone who can test him since he fought marquez, and you could complain all you want, remember his last opponents are guys that arent that good or that werent a challenge anymore, you could complain im seeing it how it is thats all, and about the question, he wanted too fight him but what happened with the negotiations they fell apart and now one man is suing the other so if it doesnt happen it just wasnt meant to happen there are other great fighters out there these guys arent the only boxers in boxing remember and another thing i hope both floyd and pac retire soon cuz there fanbase is whats killing boxing

I had hopes that the fight will happen...I was thinking that PAC will soon give in to the random testing...but the recent $100M demand made me think that Floyd doesn't want it...
Of course i'm taking Koncz word. Manny doesn't know how to think for himself. That's why he's a superstar in boxing and hasn't broke from top rank yet. He's too dumb to function on his own or start promoting himself even though he has the star power to do so. His adviser and promoter thinks for him. They negotiate for Manny.. not Manny himself. No to Cintron. Pac should fight Martinez at 154, erasing all doubts that he's cherry picking. It's gonna be a tough fight for him but it's gonna be a treat to us boxing fans. If that fight happens, win or lose, Pac will surely earn the respect of even his doubters. If not Martinez, he should fight JMM at 147, Ortiz 147 or Bradley at 147.
The thing is Floyd started this all 4 years ago with Cotto. Everyone wanted Cotto/Mayweather before Pac/May.
When Cotto beat Mosley in 07, "ahh it's a decent win. Mosley's old. Cotto still doesn't bring enough money to the table. When he owns his own company we can talk."
2010 Mayweather fights Mosley...
When everybody is demanding a Cotto fight, "Ahh Cotto's a decent fighter, but he brings nothing to the table. My PPV's get millions of buys."

No more changes to the existing standards please. Things like this stopped the fight from happening. This will be another excuse for both fighters to disagree. Unless of course both fighters want it, then by all means a 15-round fight is a treat to the boxing fans.

I'll confess, FMJ and Pac dangles that carrot in front of me and I bite every time. September and November will be no different, spending $$ or both fights.
