I think it's Benavidez volume that would trouble him. Canelo likes to control the action and the pace if he can. And it would be hard with Benavidez.

That's revocation. People generally go to jail for that. I am not sure how it works for the civil case mentioned here though.

It should be a pure investigation by the police only based on facts and if found guilty get a setence without the victim receiving any type of compensation. And I'd hope the police are moving on actual evidence not just words of an ex.
