Honestly I think the lawsuit was silly because for one, he (Manny) could have cleared up the whole situation by just taking the test to begin with. Also, his endorsement have hardly suffered, if anything they continue to climb. I also found the whole excuse about not liking needles to be a tad lame when he has tattoos, I would much rather have one straight stick in my arm than to get continually jabbed at with a needle when getting a tattoo. Well, that depends. I don't think these high profile athletes will sue for defamation of character unless there is money involved. It's not worth suing somebody if that person is broke. You may win the case, but good luck collecting the money.
