Middleweight legend "Marvelous" Marvin Hagler does not support the position of Floyd Mayweather Jr., regarding a possible fight with WBO welterweight champion Manny Pacquiao. Mayweather refuses to face Pacquiao unless the Filipino boxer agrees to submit himself to a random Olympic-style drug testing protocol.

When discussing the firm demands made by Mayweather, Hagler had flashbacks of his negotiations with "Sugar" Ray Leonard. Hagler doesn't blame Pacquiao for not allowing Mayweather to dictate the terms of their fight.

“To be honest with you. It’s almost like a Hagler-Leonard fight in a sense because here’s a guy that wants to dictate to another person and wants to tell you what he wants to do. You know, ‘I want you to take a drug test and all these things’ or whatever and I think that Pacquiao is right," Hagler was quoted as saying by GMA News.

“Who are you? Who are you? I mean, come on. If you want to fight, let’s fight. Let’s stop all this non-sense and let’s give the people out there what they want to see and they want to see a good fight and hopefully none of the fighters get hurt."
