Clottey is one solid fighter. He can be a great champion if he only tried to improve some of his flaws. I believe that he could have won the fight against Baldomir, Margarito, and Cotto.
Just read this article about his fighting style:

It's all there. If he wants to beat Pacman, he better bring his A game.
This thread sucks balls, I was expecting to see some females you can't title a thread "Hottest female fighters" and then not have any females in it. :nonono:
females is on the link on the top post
the fight was indeed winnable for Ortiz. It was a test of heart, will, and fortitude which clearly, Ortiz did not have. When he looks back at this match, I'm sure he'll be kicking himself. He wimped out... if he sucked it up... he couldve won it. He's hurt, I know, but I've watch enough boxing fights to say that he lacked the heart of a warrior in that particular fight.
On the other hand, Maidana showed tons of heart in contrast to Ortiz. Hopefully, Ortiz reevaluates and bounce back from these a tougher and mentally stronger fighter. That is why that physical talent is not enough... fighters must have balls.
PS: So, unfortunate for GBP, Top rank may have seen this from Ortiz already.
Mayweather isn't going to woop Marquez, Marquez looks extremely sharp and you can't help but feel for the guy after watching how hard he trains.
I got my money on JMM, skills and intelligence + hunger will award him the victory.
some say this is a mismatch, but i think this fight will be great. JMM is incredible in the middle of the ring, as is FMJ.
JMM out boxed Pacquiao for the majority of the rounds fought, if it wasn't for Pacquiaos punching power Marquez would have the win. When was the last time Marquez ever lost a "boxing" match? I don't want to hear about those Chris John and Freddy Norwood robberies either.
Unless Mayweather has scary punching power when hitting a former LW, this fight is going to be damn close.
I just hope you are right man! Odds are really against JMM, cept for Floyd's so-called lay-off, but I know JMM has the ability and intelligence to pull it off! Just read this article a while ago ... It really made me think!

as far as pure talent goes, RJJ had the greatest potential that I have ever followed. His handspeed and reflexes were just awesome. I never considered him to be technically proficient but his physical gifts of speed and reaction were light years away from competition.
The problem with that however, is that you cannot bring it with age. Everyone is bound to get slower, both in movement and reaction time. Jones has never learned the true fundamentals that could've made him better with age. Instead, he relied on attributes which he had in the 90s that is clearly absent nowadays.
