last i heard he started training in Brooklyn on his own...before the press conferences...however in an attempt to get his old trainer back...he has had to go back and forth to Ghana to sort the issue out and therefore hampering his training plans...ultimately he will train somewhere in Florida
There are far too many people choosing sides here, Floyd is wrong plain and simple. I'm a Floyd fan but I'm also a boxing fan. Floyd came out of nowhere wit his demands and his talks of cleaning up the sport. Where was this talk when he was fighting Hatton, JMM, and Dela Hoya. Manny was right to not take the test. Its not a point of right and wrong, its principle.
For Example: if a black man working at a law firm get promoted to partner, but one of the other partners, who is white, believes he only got promoted because he is black and insist that the black man take the bar exam over to prove he is really a lawyer, does the black man take the test to prove him wrong? NO. he sues his ass just as Manny did.
Now I'm not a Floyd hater, I in fact thinks he beat Manny with his reach and defense, but he is wrong to expect someone to go with what he wants because he says so.
Enough of the Floyd, Manny articles. The fight isn't happening right now. We have two other fights coming up, lets focus on that.

I mean if he is challenging pacquiao for being a good fighter and being a good draw...why not challenge floyd...because if pacquiao is saying no...wouldnt the next best thing be to fight floyd...or challenge floyd...I dont get it...if pac is obviously going to say no...and your challenging him because he is arguably the best in the division and is a draw...shouldnt a challenge to floyd just be as legitimate for the exact same reason....yet williams isnt doing so....I mean if its for money...and recognition...a fight with floyd will also bring about the same results...if not..arguably better recognition and props from fight fans.

Mayweather Vs Pacquiao is not going to happen. It's going to be Mosely or Margarito or retirement. They don't want to face an upgraded version of Juan M. Marquez. They keep saying they "want Mayweather". Those are lies to fool the public to thinking they really want it and not ducking.

For those who claim that Floyd is the best because he is undefeated, who the heck has he defeated? Even if he wins against Moseley, you can't deny the fact that Moseley is going 39 years old in a few months. Floyd avoided him for over a decade but he's getting him now that he's 39. That's pretty pathetic. Floyd doesn't get any credit for beating a 39-yr-old dude. He may have gotten some credit for beating Marquez if he didn't let Marquez go up 2 weight classes, or at least showed up at the agreed cathweight. Maybe if he went down to lightweight and beat Marquez, I would have respected it. So, this undefeated crap doesn't really mean anything. There'a shit load of undefeateds right now which goes head-to-head with Floyd's record: Julio Ceasar Chaver Jr., Joan Guzman, Juan Manuel Lopez, Edwin Valero, Yuryorkis Gamboa, Timothy Bradley etc...I can go on and on and on. That's where Floyd belongs. A bunch of undefeateds, but untested. A decade from now, nobody will be talking about him. In some aspects its a matter of HBO VS Showtime....as far as the promoters are concerned its business...Top Rank and GBP typically almost always have their fighters fight for HBO...whereas Bradley fights on Showtime...that is a big problem perhaps promoters want to maintain a sense of loyalty towards their respective television companies...it sucks but it is a factor that Bradley does not get some fights.
So if a guy invites a little girl over to his house and get caught before he can do anything its all good right. You know since he got caught 'trying' to do something and didn't actually commit an act he's shouldn't be branded as a deviant. Doesn't matter if he did or didn't fight with them or not, just the act of trying is wrong as he should be branded for what he is a cheater.
I get the point...However the law typically works in Margaritos favor...because he didnt cheat, therefore his punishment is less than that of someone who did cheat...It similar to someone who attempts murder and fails gets a much lighter punishment than someone does succeed...Technically the only difference between the two is that very little...but we dont punish kids for almost spilling their milk on the floor...we punish them for actually spilling it....
