the tvants and sopcast stream are a round apart, I had them both open before, if u want to watch the fight in English download tvants and the stream is posted a few posts ago
Boy o boy alot of you are giving this Amir Kahn fella alot of credit...the man was just iced in one round by a guy nobody had ever heard of and now almost instantly he is stepping into a fight with MAB...a guy that many of you are calling shot? What?
What fight tells you that MAB is shot? If you watch he rematch with Pac he certainly isnt anywhere near the MAB of old but the man still has very quick hands, takes an incredible shot and is ring savvy as they get...so Kahn has what adavantage? What youth?
Again MAB is not in prime form but to imply he is a shot fighter...what fight suggests that Barerra is shot?
this fight smells funny to me...does Warren believe in his overhyped superstar? If he really did wouldnt he get him a few more fights...or is this a lets take the money while we can because if Kahn decides to fight a couple more tune ups the chances of him getting exposed again are 50-50...
Nothing that I have seen suggest to me that Kahn beats Barerra...MAB wins in a fashion of his choosing.
This is so true.
Barrera's fight with Marquez was close.Khan will get beat.
he always says he respects guys like ali, ray robinson and leonard, he just thinks he is better than them skillwise, which he is entitled to do weather you like it or not.
The fact he says he's better than such greats skillwise is disrepectful IMO.
IMO there is no fair way of comparing heavyweights (e.g Ali) and welterweights (PBF) because it's a different fight.
Maybe PBF is the best ever (not IMO), maybe he's more skillful than all the greats put together, but he don't need to say it
I think Taylor was alot more hurt in the 11th, I don't think Pavlik was hurt in the fight at all, he might have been stunned but his legs never gave like Taylor's. Taylor did do some some great work in there,he was quicker, it was a close fight but Pavlik scrapped through in the championship rounds.
PBF cals himself a fighter, he's not even a fighter, he's a boxer, the best boxer maybe but It's a shame he's such a arrogant, ignorant , shovernistic, prick!
I mean calling himself 'Money Mayweather' WTF!!?? very classy. So typical of someone who's had nothing, made alot of themselves, only to grow into a little brat. A definative Stero-type rap, gangster, baby, flash my money arent I great???.He has 1/10 of the fans he could have because of his attitude.
I understand that to be that skillful and to live the way PBF has, your not going to grow upto be normal, but still PBF is just too much, as a human being I can't help but dislike him.
I know someone people will read this post and say 'your just a hater'. Thats right I am, I love the respect side of the game, the honour, Floyd has none of this. He don't even respect Hall of Famers before his era. I can't understand what type of person would defend this ass.
As for the Castillo fights, PBF lost the first fight, anyone who says otherwise is simply stupid and biased just like the people who judged the fight.
The pot calling the kettle black.
Alot of us had a preconception that Hatton would dominate as always, this didnt happen it was very close fight but this doesn't mean he lost.
PBF lost to Castillo in the first fight, any unbiased fan can say that is boxing FACT.
When I watched the Hatton-Collazo fight live I thought Collazo won the fight, and I'm a big Hatton fan!
However I watched it again the next day with sound off and scored 6 rounds each with the 1st round KD being the deciding factor.
It was a exciting fight, it's a shame Ortiz didn't stick to his gameplan, he wasn't outclassed, his early success is what also cost him the fight. He tried to get Maidana out quickly and paid.
He was beat mentally and he looked hurt, he knew he'd blown it and took the easier way out, although the hard way could have cost him life or senses. Better to live to fight another day with all his senses, this loss could make him stronger and take less needless chances in the future.
I thought Hopkins had more sense, look how much an MMA fighter like Randy Couture pays him http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=aiM4mAdgrYk , shame he's got no respect for MMA.
Hatton won fair and square, if he was hurt in the 10th then Lazcano should of finished him in the 11th, but he couldn't because he was getting battered, Hatton was in trouble twice but Lazcano was in trouble many times from the 6th. No-ones going to just walk through Lazcano, this was meant to be a competitive fight, but Hattons win was decisive.
I think Roy was doing ok against JC until his eye got cut, I'm not saying he would have won, JC has been far to active and still appears to be at his best but even then Jones lasted the 12 rounds, the HBO scoring was BS, the UK scoring was much closer, Jones landed harder, cleaner punches, just not enough of them. JC won clearly but he couldn't finish Roy and never really hurt him like he got hurt in the 1st. Plus Roy was fighting till the end, he never gave up and showed heart even with a real bad cut.
All that said I'd like to see Roy hang them up, he's passed his best, he don't need the money and he'll be in the HOF for sure but like most great fighters I'm sure he'll going until he has to stop.
I'd love to see Manny KO Floyd but I don't think it will happen. Floyd is a bigger man, he can't/won't make 147 anymore. He's a junior middleweight now.
If Mayweather fought and beat the winner of Super Six, he's P4P best (like he thinks he is). In the meantime he needs to stop picking on little/over-the-hill guys and blowing his own trumpet.
Floyd will problay beat Manny but this doesn't mean he is better, just bigger.
