Ye to be honest this is the biggest test in Khan's career to see if he still got it and he is only 27. Collazo is no pushover he is a legit 147 fighter.

He has all the potential in the world, but his reckless and exciting style has left him open to huge shots in the past, and those huge shots have accumulated enough to now I think he is damaged goods in the punch resistance department... Been saying that since the Garcia fight.. When khan went warrior instead of survival in the 3rd n 4th rds, he basically ruined his punch resistance.. Happens to a lot of fighters and has no bearing on their skill level. Morales in the 12 vs manny 1, Juanma after salido, Dawson after ward..
Khan has obviously been concussed a lot in boxing, and now is paying the price... His chin will fail him when hit flush...
He is like the nba player that is extremely skilled but can never stay healthy like penny hardaway, Derrick rose, Tracy mcgrady, etc..
I personally think the collazo fight will show us if he is actually shot or not tho because Its on the biggest stage in boxing and he will be prepared, if he loses this fight , he will definitely be out of the picture and will probably fight on fox 1 or friday nights.

Bob Knows his stuff, but he doesn't really have enough high profile Fighters to match with each other like GBP. Thats why he keeps on having fighters fight each other 3 or 4 times.
Ok being honest, and all serious. I want to see Khan fight Broner so we can finally get out of the way who is a joke and who can still be taken serious of the two then the winner can be talked about having a future seriously again.
Compare Khan and Broner's resume... Khan a former unified champ at 140 while broner lost to both of khan's opponents. This is a fight that is a must see tho, I just want see Broner's reaction fighting on friday night fights post interview...

If he takes out Collazo I will be very impressed! I think it goes 12 but a lopsided decision in Khans favor. Even if it's a competed fight and he wins a decision I'll give him credit. Just wanna see how his chin holds up and if he fights scared of getting countered. Like if he's not fully committing to his punches. I noticed him jumping out a lot earlier under hunter than before.
Thats actually very true, If you saw his fight with diaz even though he was getting pressured he wasn't really hitting back, he would go to the pivot to the side a little. this is going to be a good test for him. to be honest I think Collazo is a little overhyped if you see his fights because he is more of a boxer than a puncher but this is good for khan people thinking collazo is more of a power puncher.
Why should he? A win over Collazo wouldn't prove anything, it won't earn him a big time fight. Collazo isn't a known name and isn't exactly regarded as a top level WW. If Khan wins it does little for his career and if he loses his career would be pretty much over. This fight can do more damage than good.
If you look at my other threads all these guys were saying that collazo is the boogeyman and khan will get ko'd. they dont know that he is actually more of a boxer than a big puncher.

I actually like this fight. Good for Luis and is a good comeback fight for Khan. Will be rooting for Collazo but I think Khan takes it.

There is fasting Ramadam that will make him weak. I am pretty sure he has never fought in Ramadam before and there is a reason for it. It is an important tradition and there is no way the fight can be in Dubai in Ramadam.
he wont fight in ramadan because the prescott fight was in ramadan... and he got beat that day.. trust me fasting for 30 days takes a lot of energy out... especially in summer where you have to fast from sunrise to sunset.. which is like 14 15 hours
