Peter never had a granite chin. It's amazing how many people overrated the fat piece of ****, proclaiming him to be the second coming of Ike Ibeabuchi just because both are from Nigeria. Ibeabuchi would've destroyed Peter and Helenius on the same night. He did have a granite chin for a while. He fought both klitscho's without getting hurt taking flush shots to the face for breakfast but like all things chins get chipped like stone and crack which Wladmir did in the 2nd fight.

It is possible that the gloves helped Morales, but he did stun Maidana with them a few times...just saying. Your are right, just wondering if the outcome would of been different with different gloves.

I'm tired of Winning being used as an excuse whenever Erik Morales has a great performance. Tha fuck are u talkin about, not once did I say Maidana would knock him out if he used different gloves. Nor am I downplaying Morales spectacular performance. I always knew Maidana is a crude slugger with power. It's just that after the fight, i remember Eaner's thread bout Morales saying Maidana needs to wear Winning's Gloves or no fight. To a hardcore fan like most of you guys, its Morales boxing skills that schooled Maidana but to heavy betters, its Morales boxing skills and what gloves, what size ring, weigh in, day of fight weigh in, training camp, distractions, etc. So relax with all this im hating on Morales shit damn.
