:D it would be a great fight if tarver would make a fight of it. jirov 3 or 4 years ago no contest. he wins. but jirov has been in so many wars i.e. james toney and the like he is tired and maybe should retire.
:) i have to say gatti ward 1 and toney jirov. i saw both of these fights in person and they were great displays of courage and in the toney jirov match skill. not that gatti ward lacked skill it is just a fact that toney is a master boxer.
:p no he and his father are nuts. they're fighting for something they never will get and that is a championship. i think mesi is an ok guy but not a top 10 fighter. maybe a good brother in law.
i love gatti. hatton is a tremendous fighter one that will come forward and not make gatti chase him. i too think gatti is past his prime and i don't know if he has the power to take hatton out. one thing he may have on his side is hatton may not take him too seriously. gatti can box and has decent power. the more i think about it hatton always comes to fight. gatti should stay away.
;) you said it all. mesi is coming off a 2 year absense and jirov is on a down hill slide. not much here. mesi has more to gain, if he can stay alive. if jirov comes in shape mesi is in trouble again as jirov has many more skills than mesi will ever have. time for them both to quit.

Emanual is a top 10 fighter. always ready. his fight with mickey ward was a great one. i think he tends to clown around too much. if he would recognize his skill and potential i think he really could be a champ. maybe he suffers as i do from low self esteem.

your right wwe haven't heard much from his camp. he is coming off a loss. the pac man is a serious challenger and i believe that erik is training his ass off. this is going to be a great fight. i don't believe the pac man can reinvent himself so he is going to be the same tough fighter we have become used too. on the other hand erik is a pure fighter and he can adjust as he showed in the first fight. i question eriks stamina here. this is rreally a pick 'em. in the last fight i thought erik gave the 12th round away by fighting lefty. if he tries that again he just might not make it to 12. hard to pick. i am a morales fan so with my heart go my brain.
mesi is very popular because he comes from a small market (buffalo, ny) he has heart and great punching power when he fights less than top 10 competition. basically he was the great whit hope. i think heshould quit because of the beating jirov gave him. if he doesn't quit and wants to fight on he should fire his father/trainer and employ a top trainor like goosen/atlas/stewart something on that level. otherwise he will be what he is a B fighter. maybe a dead B fighter
:rolleyes: :rolleyes: b-hop turn the clock back 5 years and he knocks taylor out. there is a 13 or 14 year age difference. i am 18 years younger than my ex-wife. i am still handsome, wealthy and in good shape. but she kicked my ass and left me for a younger man with less than i have. you can't beat youth put it perspective. b-hop is a better fighter i think he won the 1st fight and taylor held enough to win the 2nd.
