Find the sweet spot in your speed. Many times I've tried to start out fast with the impression that I'll stay that speed my entire run, and that doesnt work out. Pick a speed you are comfortable with, and stick with it, and the better shape you get in, move that speed up. Run at that speed til your tired.
the speed isnt the issue I need a distance toshoot for. a distance that when i do it i know im in good or decent shape for a boxer, if i wanted to be 'comfortable' i would never want to get in a tiny ring and get hit in the head. not that I WANT to get hit in the head but you get the meaning.
lol I didnt mean id jog the whole way there. I was thinkin of gettin a ride there and joggin back but prolly walk the first or second half. Im still not entirely sure how ill feel about running after training but thats where the license comes in and the roadwork ahead of time. and i think my botties pretty safe ill just have to hide my sexy bod. plus i can pretty much fart on command, its a anal rape defense mechanism like a skunks ;-)
