im gonna start roadwork tomorrow and im wondering what i should be shooting for in distance. Ive been smoking for about 5-6 years a half pac a day, until now I QUIT. Im in canada so if you can tell me in kms. The gym is about 15k's away, if by some miracle i can jog there and not die in the process Ill sign up, if not its only 1or2 months till i have a license . Currently I can run at about 2/3 speed for about 15mins non stop ,if i had a pod to keep my mind of the stopwatch im sure it would be longer.Any advice(even stuff not concerning running) would be great.
