If Toney doesn't win the heavyweight divison will be doomed forever. And for the record I expect JT to dominate he's made a living out of taking apart slow flatfooted guys like Rahman.
Lovemore is a hard-nosed fighter but if they want to keep it in the BAD tradision they should try and get Demetrius Hopkins. He's an undefeated young fighter and has most likely the knockout of the year so far this year. But anyway its a shame Mighty Mike had to pull out I was looking forward to him stepping up.
I can't see how any can be a boxing fan and not have enjoyed Toneys career, he is the definition of an old school fighter. Back in the day he fought every challenge out there and after 70 plus pro fights the only person who really beat him decisively was Roy Jones Jr. And that was a time when Roy was at his absolute peak. Even today he is still on of the elite fighter in the game and has 100 times more charisma and personality than all of todays heavyweights combined plus the skills to back it up. Toneys leagacy is that of one of the best fighters ever to step in the ring, easily top 50 pound for pound all time.
It might be just some BS from Camacho becasue I don't know how he can get that fight comming off a loss to a club fighter. But if it happens its probably a little tune up for Judah, mabey thats what he's looking for.
I'm prepaired to all but guarantee that Sechew beats Ouma next week. I like Ouma but he's like of of those Cuban fighters, once they make some money in America they take training a little lax and lose there desire in boxing. Sechew on the other hand is a rising prospect and does everything well in the ring.
sorry I was fairly stoned whin I posted it but this is how Websters defines it

He should go after Tarver, it will be a better fight, and he'll get more respect for winning it.
I think even better than that is a Calzaghe vs Glenn Johnson fight that could be a awesome compubox slugfest.
But as for the Roy vs. Calzeghe fight I got to think Roy would get knocked out yet again, but who knows with Roy I still think he could have beaten Tarver the thrid time around if only he had bothered to fight.
I'm not as high on Lacy as some people are, but I think he will destroy Calzaghe. I have only seen Clazaghe fight a handfull of times and have never been all that impressed by his boxing ability. It will take an exceptional boxer to beat Lacy and Calzeghe is not that espessaly at this point in his career. It will be a fun fight to watch but I think Jeff will get him out of there within six or seven rounds.
The lightweight version of Mosley was slightly better then the lightweight version Mayweather. But at Welterweight especally in 2006 Mayweather dominates him. I think Vernon Forrest took a lot out of Shane and Mayweather looks better than ever moving up in weight.
I have always been a fan of Vargas because he puts his heart on his sleeve and has fire inside of him as well as a passion for boxing those type of guys are always good for the sport.
So does Ibragimov suck like his brother or is Austin suddenly a good fighter? I missed the fight
I wasn't super impressed by him but it seems like he has more of a punch and has a quicker hands, hes also willing to stick his chin in there and take some punishment. He just had trouble with Austins reach
I hate to say it but with Erik having to make 130 another time and the stamina Manny has showen in his last few fights I think Morales gets stopped again.
I think the draw was fair but they definitly need to do a rematch. Im not sold on the Russian guy but it will show a lot how he adjusts to Austins size in a rematch.
