wow...imagine...mosley vs PBF

I think Mosley would love to sign to fight Mayweather, but he doesn't quite have enough left. It would be a big payday, and Shane doesn't run from anyone. Mayweather's still peaking, IMO, and I think his quickness and defense would be too much. Winky's style perplexed Mosley in the first fight, but Sugar Shane improved drastically in the rematch, so the two fights against Wright would probably help Mosley. I still don't think he could pull it out, but I'd love to see it. I would also like to see Mosley-Margarito. He gave Winky a shot when everyone was avoiding him, so why not do the same for Margarito? Shane's a true sportsman, and has shown as much spine as anyone in the last several years.

this is the fight I would love to see. Don't count on it though, when DeLaHoya beats Mayorga, Mayweather v DeLaHoya will be the next Superfight. It's the fight Oscar needs so he can try and get that "Super champion" tag he has always been chasing.

The lightweight version of Mosley was slightly better then the lightweight version Mayweather. But at Welterweight especally in 2006 Mayweather dominates him. I think Vernon Forrest took a lot out of Shane and Mayweather looks better than ever moving up in weight. took the words right out of my mouth. Im sure mosely would be close because of his fluidity and combos and somewhat strength but floyd is only getting stronger as he moves up in weight. Amazingly not losing his speed. He might not ko or tko mosely but he would win for sure.

Shane had said at the time though that he wanted another fight at 147 before a superfight. He lived up to that promise by fighting Vargas. Shane's not gonna duck anyone. A guy who would fight twice against Vernon Forrest and Winky Wright isn't gonna cut and run against Floyd Mayweather

mayweather wouldnt have the balls 1st of all and secondly shane would murder him if they faught! actually just last year PBF was caught talking to mayweather about a match. mosley ignored him and that's when floyd got pissed and started taunting him...i think if DLH loses to mayorga floyd would want a fight with mosley.

I think Shane is too strong for Floyd. I'd take Mosley by decision but I think Mayweather will duck him

what's funny i read in fightnews and maxboxing that vargas' and mosley's wives were going at it...lol but anyway...i agree with dansweeney that mayweather is a tad too small for 147...he just doesn't look like he has the body for it. but i think mayweather is a tad quicker than this version of mosely too...sooo...it's more of a toss up than peole care to admit.. unless...mayweather somehow frustrates mosely back into that one-punch-at-a-time puncher that we saw with mosley vs DLH 2 and mosely vs wright 1 & 2 then i can see floyd slipping/dodging (and grining) his way to a UD...but gauranteed shane's gonna make this into a dog fight and after taking hits from forrest, vargas, wright, and DLH...i don't think he's scared of pretty boy's power.

Mosley or Vargas are not at top of there game any more.PBF is in a whole league of his own.Let's not get excited about H.B.O fighter remember Gatti.Besides Mosley didn't look good at 147. gatti cant even beat mayweather on his best day... mosley has way too much skill than gatti... and mosley still has his quickness and a bigger puncher than gatti... this is gon be a good fight... boxer/ power vs boxer/speed....

well, shane hasn't looked good in a while. but that vargas fight really had him open up a little more than his last two fights. it's just nice seeing him throw combos again. as for floyd...if he runs he'll lose the match...and i doubt he can stay in the pocket for long and shoulder roll when shane's throwing body body shots...it's going to be really tough for PBF and i'm anxious to know how he's going to weather the storm if he finds himself with a guy who has a rock hard chin, who is just as fast, and a lot bigger and stronger than he is... the guys who have given shane trouble are rangy taller guys who have a long stiff jab (DLH, Winky, Forrest)...PBF's jab is good but not long enough to keep mosely's right overhand straight at bay...this is gonna be good!!

ive been saying it for the longest, shanes speed + combos will give floyd a tough fight. i wouldnt be suprise if mosleys beats that running fools ass.
