you must be illiterate. i just spent two posts explaining how the number of tests is as important as the cut-off days. and if floyd wanted more than 3 tests than that's flat chickendom on his part. if pac rufused to take 2, then that would be his yellow belly. 3 in my opinion is the number that keeps both on the up and up. unless you can say how many tests floyd demanded, then you can not realistically argue blame for any one or both.
