Toney wanted to fight in MMA but it was Couture who called up Dana and said get me that fight. Id surely like to see Couture in a boxing ring or at least traded with Toney tonight instead of that sissy ground crap.
Toney called out randy couture (and some others) is several interviews before he signed with the UFC. Couture accepted the challenge. ;)

The only times I've seen people try to take another person down in a street fight was when they were already getting they're ass kicked and are making a desperate attempt to try and win the fight, or the dude is gassed from throwing too many punches...
Cause the average street fighter don't train in boxing or in MMA. The first thing you do when you don't know **** his throwing hands.

This. I can't believe some of the reaction after this fight. Nothing shocking and nothing to be ashamed of. Toney just got what he deserved.

And Vitali doesnt have good training camps? The guys in better shape than any MMA'er. The guy is a better striker than any mma'er. The guys a world champion kick boxer who was trained in various martial arts as well. Also hes a brilliant guy who would be much more studied and prepped.

Yes. I was hoping for a Toney in better shape coming into this fight. But after the weight in there was nothing to hope for. Sure, they re is always that early one punch ko possibility, but what should have happened, hapeened.

Yes Vitali Klitschko has good chances of knocking out Randy with a correct training. Couture's 47 years old and his chin is gettin ****in weak !
But again, without a good training camp, Couture might do the same thing he did to toney.

But this guys is well known for talking about fighters from others org during UFC's broadcast. He said a lot of thing about fighters not under UFC contracts such as "I d love to see this guy in the UFC", "This guy is one of the best in the world". So he really is the kind of guy who talk his mind without giving a ****.

Almost 50 years old Couture's chin is faaaaaaaaar from solid and his stand up skills are far from the other UFC HWs. Let alone Toney's.
