Provodnikov and Pacquiao won't fight, i'm fine with Broner beating Vargas and getting a shot at Pacquiao. Rios got it off a loss to Alvarado.
Imagine if Broner sued his way out of Showtime and got back to HBO, Showtime's lw is not that deep when you take out Garcia and Matthysse. I don't expect it to happen but i would frankly like it.
Come back to HBO, beat Vargas at 140 (which i think he would) and move up to fight Pacquiao.
I remember Briggs got screwed by his promoter after the Vitali fight, he spent most of his purse healing his injuries in a german private hospital. He wants another big money fight before retirement.

You have to imagine skillsets,,, wlad at heavy is a big tall jabber with big power, in a h2h with rigo at the lower weights, he would still be a big tall jabber with big power, just like a Kelly pavlik type fighter... And guys like serg, rigo, Floyd, Hopkins, ward would carve him up..
