Texan OP in supporting corrupt decision shocker...
Are ya'll serious with this? Did you even read the post?! How did you get that I was supporting this decision in anything that I said?
I feel like I'm getting trolled.
Oh please what do you think you're some king of extraordinary fan because you post on nsb? give me a break...
Oh gawd damn it, I GIVE UP!
This had nothing to do with me being smarter than anyone else. My point was that casual fans couldn't care less about the sport so their opinions are worthless.
]Any true boxing fan would want to see that most ridiculous of decisions overturned, same goes for all stupid judging decisions in boxing.
I know the feeling.
Which is why I said the opinions of the casual boxing fan is worthless. There have been countless other robberies in boxing, but why is it that this one is producing this kind of uproar? Because it's about WHO it happened to and not that it happened PERIOD! Which was the whole point of my original post.
This how you tell who is a real fan of boxing and who is just biased troll. So I guess boxing fighthers, athletes and the majority or the world are casuals. Marquez is now a casual boxing fan a I have seen several interviews saying PAC was robbed. Even Floyd sr but he is casual fan as well along with all the sports writers and such. Rofl you and the first four who posted have made such gret points.........showing you care less about the sport and know jack ****.
Let me try this one more time, nobody is saying that people who think Pac won are casual fans, that's irrelevant. Nobody, at least not me, is saying it wasn't a horrible decision(see my first post). What I'm saying is that the reason for petitions and overturning rulings is because of the CASUAL FAN! The reason any of this is happening is because the casual fan knows Manny Pacquiao. They care about Manny and Manny only, not about the sport! Robberies happen countless times and I have never seen any type of reaction close to this.
Funny how you say boxing insiders.. uhhh lets name em? when most of them have pacquiao winning on their cards, even the biggest pacquiao haters have pac saying bradley got whooped.
come on son
even floyd sr and roger agrees the fight wasnt even close.. i mean seriously? l
i understand that people tend to go against the majority sentiment to get attention, that is understandable and i am assuming the reason why you made this thread
What?! Did you bother to read my original post? If you did, you need to try again and this time CAREFULLY! I was talking about Manny v JMM III when I was talking about "most boxing insiders".
Their opinions are worthless.
All this outrage and calls for the ruling to be overturned. It just shows that casual fans don't know or care about the sport, they only care about the name. Most boxing insiders had Manny losing to JMM, in terms of rounds it may have been a close fight, but JMM still clearly won to most observers. Where was the outrage then? I didn't see any petitions or any calls to overturn that ruling. Why? Because the casual fan doesn't give a **** about JMM. ESPN, Sportscenter, SI etc, have shape the opinion of the public that Manny is unbeatable and that is the only reason this is happening. Forget the horrible decision, this reaction is about Manny Pacquiao and has zero to do with the sport.
Now, YOU come on son!
yes yes. casual fans like you and the others in your thread dorko.
249 ringside boxing writers out of 263 polled had pac overwelmingly outscoring bradley. now should we go by them or by your pathetic ding dong analysis dweebster.
huh tell me.
oh by the way for those interested read and vote please.
WTF?! How did you quote my post and ignore that I said it was a horrible decision? You sound really juvenile, like you saw Pac's name and came in here strictly to call names and make insults.
So again, how am I saying that Bradley won in anything that I have said?
Floyd actually laid out exactly what Arum would do. Arum did what he had to do to make sure the fight with Floyd and Manny never got made.
I have the link to the actual interview, but I can't post because of the 15 post rule.
its not fake its just an ignorant attempt to salvage their pride...hehe
So Dan Rafael, who works at ESPN, has his doubts about the email, but you think it's legit? It doesn't add up. If Floyd said that in conversation, why would he put it in an email and send it to ESPN? He clearly had the upper hand in PR up to this point, there is absolutely no sense in sending that email. This is fishy and I think Arum is involved.
I'm genuinely puzzled that no matter how many facts are presented to the general public and Pac supporters, they can't or won't accept that Floyd is not holding up this fight. All I have heard is "he's trash", "he beats his baby momma", "he's a criminal", but nothing to address what is going on NOW!
Ppl are completely ignoring how Arum changed his stance on the fight when he found out Floyd wasn't going to jail until June 1. Ignoring the fact that he's claiming that a cut takes 5 months to heal. If you don't like Floyd, that's cool, but don't let your hate cloud common sense.
