So Haye gets a pass for losing to an old Carl Thompson yet Wladimir isn't allowed one when he lost to Ross Puritty? Considering the weak level of opposition that he's fought,Haye should never have lost in the first place.
Haye was never the undisputed champion, either. He snatched two titles away from Mormeck and then added one over a weak champion.Mormeck and O'Neil Bell did all the hard work while Haye sat back and came in at the right time.
Give him some credit. he beat the mormeck then KO'd a dangerous opponent in Macca. Macca's gone downhill now and has no chin, but back then he was certainly a game opponent - a champ with a couple legit defenses.
Haye would have beat Bell, Cunningham and Adamek anyway.
At least I'm not a dirty delusional Chav from Birming'um livin in a trailer park.
The fact that you think Haye can sell 90K tickets and sell out Wembley let's everyone know that you are completely retarded and have a mouthful of Haye's bollocks.
Haye versus Wladimir/Vitali could definitely sell out Wembley Stadium if the Klit Bros are given half of the tickets (40,000+) to sell to their fans in Germany, Russia and Ukraine.
That way there's no real home-advantage for Haye too because half of those in attendance would be cheering Klit Bros on.
Vladimir Klitschko is a punk @ss b*tch, she's obviously ducking Haye. Now she's talking about fighting Adamek in September - she obviously has no intentions of fighting Haye in July. As soon as she whoops Chisora, she's going to duck Haye and fight Adamek.
I reckon Kessler still has a bit of money left, maybe a couple million $ or so, so not the end of the world. but wasting so much money must have really affected him. i really hope his eye injury heals because a fight against the super 6 winner would get him a big purse (a few million $) and because he could become champ again. a fight against bute would bring in the money too... nice guy kessler is..
I agree, November's going to be awesome!
December's gonna be pretty hot too with:
- Khan vs. Maidana (hopefully with Ortiz/Peterson on the undercard)
- Darchinyan vs. Mares
- Perez vs. Agbeko
- Donaire vs. Sydorenko
- BHop vs. Pascal
- Wlad vs. Chisora
- As a British boxing fan, seeing Ricky Burns, Nathan Cleverly and the Olympians fighting should be good too.
INSECT aka Dick Buffman aka ATG got my vote, can i have a 5 minute segment where I bash everyone and call it like it is? It will be called The 5 minutes of truthiness.
If INSECT is Dick Buffman, then please no not him. AB247, Dick Buffman's a racist and a bigot, you don't want to associate yourself with him, you don't want him anywhere near your show - the last thing you want is for him to say inappropriate things on air.
Make Don_LARRYX your co-host
Yup. He'd beat Ali, Frazier, Tyson, prime Holyfield, Bowe, Foreman, Lewis (he was winning until they had to stop it due to the cut), Louis would get KO'ed, Marciano would lose too, along with Jack Johnson and Dempsey.
That's not saying he's BETTER than Ali, he just uses his size and reach so effectively, he actually has a lot of skill too!!
Hell no.
Prime Ali, Holyfield, Bowe all beat him. Prime Lennox takes Vitali's soul..
Awesome fight! Contender for round of the year! Lopez' landing big shots but got caught a few times.
67-65 to Lopez (5 rounds to 2)
Anyone want a stream?
Khan
Khan's size - he has 4 inches in height over Bradley, and a big reach advantage.
Khan's speed - fastest fighter at 140lbs and above.
Khan's jab - will be used to maximum effect, Bradley won't be able to get on the inside of Khan.
Khan's power - is always improving.
Khan's skills - he's not as skillful as Bradley but he's always improving and has Roach in his corner too.
Khan's punch volume and stamina are awesome. Bradley's got a chin but I'm not sure he can weather 12 rounds with Khan's.
Khan's chin has improved but we'll see by how much against Maidana. But I don't think Bradley can KO Khan, I seriously doubt that he can knock Khan down too.
In conclusion; Khan's too big, too fast, too powerful too fit and and too active for Bradley. Plus Khan has Roach and he's ever-improving too.
!!!!! WOW... there's no way he'd give up, injury must be real. what a shame.. if it went the distance could have been FoTY.. I think Burns/Martinez is FoTY so far!
El CHino Maidana is so under-rated I cant believe it.
over-rated more like..
he's one-dimensional, all power, no skill, no skill. and don't power punchers/brawlers need good chins? he got dropped 3 times in his fight with Ortiz, fair enough he wasn't hurt, but if he comes up against a skilled, strong opponent he's going to get out-boxed and dropped because he's easy to hit. he'll lose by UD.
Khan has power, skills, blinding pound-for-pound speed, good movement, a pount-for-pound jab, and freddie roach.. the only way Maidana wins is if he catches Khan clean and cold early in the fight - that's not going to happen.
Bradley, Alexander and Kotelnik would wipe the floor with Maidana. Ortiz too because he's matured more and knows what to expect.
Khan wins. And WBA probably gonna pull a b*tch WBC -like move and make him Super Champion, with the regular title to be contested between the number 1 and 2 ranked fighters (Ortiz and Alvarado).
