Rafael Concepcion won't make weight. He can't cut down to 118. Last time he fought on the big stage, he weighed in at 119.5 against Donaire for a 115 title fight. Montiel should be ready to fight a Junior Featherweight, because that's what Concepcion will come in at.

Get this fight on the Brian Viloria undercard which takes place in Hawaii on August 29. Fernando Beltran hasn't been able to get this fight done in Mexico and he's had nearly three chances for it. It's getting ridiculous. Hawaii would be better as it'd be neutral territory, and Top Rank would be promoting the fight.

These concerns should be looked into. If not, it makes Morales' promotional company look bad. Breach of contract with the gloves, the electric fan, and I even heard Team Nietes had a broken stool for Nietes to sit on in-between rounds. But 115 degrees in the ring.. That's like back in the day when baseball pitchers would pitch on astroturf, 120 degrees easy.
