I dont think Joshua feels threatened, whatsoever. I dont think he feels any urgency at all to get Jake out of there right away. I think he starts slow. I think Jake will be cautious asf and on his bike. I expect super low activity and connectivity from one fighter on his bike and the other less than concerned. Obv a flash one punch KO could happen. I just dont think Joshua is coming into this fight thinking I have to get him out of there.
Nailed it. Bet $100 at +400 on Joshua 5-8.
Wow. I’m shocked by this prediction.
If Jake Paul isn’t brutally stopped similarly to Ngannou by the end of round 2 I will be shocked.
Like I was saying.
I feel like AJ wants to make a point. The longer the fight goes on, the more critique he’s going to get. With a 100+ million Tyson Fury fight on the table I don’t expect him to go there and do anything to weaken his position in that.
Even if Jake Paul wanted to be cautious and on his bike, does he have a choice? He doesn’t have that skill, ability or know-how. He can’t fight on the back foot effectively, he backs up in a straight line and fights like a novice in regards to changing from offense to defense. If his plan is to run around the ring and willingly give AJ the centre I don’t see any scenario other than getting beaten up and hurt quickly.
I guess thats where we disagree and isnt provable either way. Im not debating who wins just that it doesnt end in 2 rounds and is a slow start.
I’m not sure how you’ve got from A to B there in regards to that happening.
What makes you think Jake won’t get splattered in 3 rounds or less?

I think you're confusing what a top 5 heavyweight should do to Jake Paul and what will actually happen. Im talking about what will actually happen.
RJGOAT is one of the best on here, you two would get on well. Good to see you in here.
What you got? AJ round 1 KO?
Im just trolling. Whats good? If its AJ by KO, it'll be late when Jake gets tired and sloppy as usual. Problem is, AJ also gets tired and sloppy. Im pulling for Jake though. AJ is an overrated hype job and the pure entertainment value from Jake winning is too much to not want to see.
I can't believe anyone thinks Ngannou beats Joshua.
He's levels and levels and levels below him.
LOL Joshua has C level talent with an A level physique.
This is where some of you guys need to wise up or sober up.
Joshua has PROVEN himself. He's beaten mandatories. He's beaten challengers. He's unified belts. You don't do those things with C grade talent. You don't beat guys that you didn't choose. It doesn't mean he's the best, but he's very much proven at the top level.
Ngannou has lost an exhibition against a guy who hasn't fought in a year, hasn't fought at a high standard in a long time, and didn't even bother to shed the extra flubber that he piled on in that time.
I'll give plenty of credit to Ngannou. It's a great achievement to go close. But you guys just don't know what you're looking at.
I change my opinion.
He has C- skill.
Bradley would get annihilated with speed. He also swings incredibly too wide for Floyds defense.
He wouldnt win a round. And I LOVE Bradley. Absolute dog.
I was born in 1976.
When I say "80"s baby, it means things I actually remember as a kid growing up.
I'm autistic on some shit, but I couldn't tell you what I was doing at 5 years old. Probably being retarded.
LOL yeah I interpret 80s baby the same exact way. I was born in 83.... I have some brief memories of the 80s but I was more of an early 90s baby if you will lol.
Doing good, mano. Good to see you around.
Hagler-SRL will always have a imprint on me as a "80"s baby. Didn't get to see it live, but on VHS going to the joint on the corner, before Blockbuster or Hollywood video. Godzilla,/Kung Fu flicks, NBA and boxing. Shit was cool, you know?
Ali-Foreman was before my time, but it was no doubt the bigger W.
Yeah no doubt. I think you're about 5 years older than me or so. Those were the days though. I'm an 80s baby but you were born in late 70s if I recall?
You're talking about extreme fan bases that look for ways to up their fighter - all fan bases do it.
Canelos win over Mosley, doesnt hold much weight at all. Vs Cotto - SOLID win. Not a great win. Aged fighter, lot of wear and tear, and 2 weight classes above his best.
Don't take extreme fans opinions as anything more than home town rooting.
There's no word yet on if this $15 million figure is legit, but it should be noted that WWE claimed to the media that they paid Floyd Mayweather $20 million for his WrestleMania 24 match with Big Show, but the actual amount was $2 million.
We have a crossfit style boxing gym here called level red boxing.
Its packed from open to close.
People are obsessed with it. I think this will do well actually. Costs are affordable.
Hold up! Hold…the **** up!….
Is this THE Reed? As in Ree****yaluss?!
*Virtual hug*
Damn, dude! Where the hell have you been?! It’s good to see a familiar poster from back when I started posting around here.
oh, and uhh…on topic: My heart hopes Bud wins but I favor Canelo to win this by UD. I’m with the majority here. Not doubting Crawford’s belief, but that Spence performance was so good it essentially turned him into a Demi-god in the public eye.
When he fight Madrimov, things simmered down a lot. As it should. Crawford is not a sensational power punching dynamo like Pacquiao. But he’s abnormally strong for his weight and an S-class finisher. But we’ve seen him trail on scorecards, we’ve seen him vulnerable. I literally had him trailing behind after five rounds against Porter.
Whats up my guy! You know. The one and only!
Yeah man, it's a weight thing for me. Crawford is not the type of fighter that can just jump two weight classes and everything will be just fine. Roy had that speed, stick and move in his favor. Same with Floyd and Pac, but even they didn't venture to 160, let alone 168. Canelo has a granite chin, power, and elite boxing skills.
Crawford is a very good fighter, but he's not not fleet footed, doesn't pack a HUGE punch, even at 154, let alone 168... and I'm willing to bet he doesn't have the same chin as Canelo. Weight classes matter. Hes incapable on hurting Canelo, and thats not a good position to be in. Canelo will stalk him all night.
Crawford by unanimous decision is the most agreed outcome. KO wins are less likely but Crawford has the better chance if it happens.
Most agreed on? By who? Where?
As it gets closer, I could see this fight going towards Crawford by UD. My reasoning is Canelos arrogance will want him to try to "outbox" Crawford. I felt Canelo allowed the Cotto fight to be close because he wanted to prove a point "boxing" instead of beating up the smaller man. TC is going to stay in the pocket and try to counter Canelo to the body. Canelos not a volume puncher so a tit for tat match will favor Crawford. But on the other hand, if Canelo doesn't doesnt try to go punch for punch, and punches Crawfords arms and shoulders, Canelo will win a Clear UD. Either way I dont see a stoppage and feel its 60/40 in favor of Canelo. If the odds are good on TC by UD and you have $ to spend, its not a bad bet.
You think if Canelo goes pu ch for punch it favors Crawford?
