UK Anti-Doping reached a drug sanction settlement with Tyson Fury despite raising suspicions over a defence witness who now says he lied, sources close to the investigation say.
Investigators uncovered claims in 2017 that Lancashire-based farmer Martin Carefoot had a licence to sell wild boar meat taken away by a local *authority.
Ukad is now poised to reopen the investigation, and will examine whether Carefoot’s credibility as a witness was tested further at the time before world heavyweight champion Fury and his cousin, Hughie, received retrospective two-year bans.
The Furys, who tested positive for the banned steroid nandrolone in 2015, blamed levels on eating uncastrated wild boar or contaminated supplements. Carefoot’s evidence was supplied to the watchdog via Fury’s legal team, but the boxer now says he had never met him....
The farmer is shady and indeed a snitch......but if he had gotten paid what was due I don't think he would have exposed the furys like this.
Nobody here knows that farmer maybe its a greedy bastard who treathened Fury for grab more money who knows, its backfire for wrong choice in his live, i hope the truth will come out this time.

Fury served a 2yr ban. If he had been popped recently, then fair enough, but it's been 5 years, he's tested clean ever since.
Please don't compare Fury and Canelo it's 2 different world, Canelo is a true champion and deserve the benefit of doubt not Fury.
Im 200% sure that farmer got his 25k paied but when he saw that Fury become multi millionaire that farmer come back and tried to shakedown Fury for more money, seems he didn't received more.

100% true, i love Golovkin, he is a great champion deep respect to him, but since the last Canelo fight he is very quiet and didn't show something impressive, finally i'm not interested in a trilogy, both fighters have better path to follow like if Canelo beat Plant i would like see him against Beterbiev or Charlo, Andrade, if Golovkin beat Murata he could go for Charlo or Andrade according that Charlo & Andrade remain champion because Jaime Munguia is coming for 1 of them very soon.
And trust me if you love Golovkin you don't want him to face that version of Canelo.

Wilder got his ear drum pierced in the earlier round, at that level the fight is compromised, **** like that happend, Fury was the most aggressive i give that to him but i'm sure that if Wilder didn't have that ear/ballance issue that would be another fight yesterday and for this i think Wilder should rematch.
