Fury beat Wilder fair and square despite the conspiracy theories about his gloves, we all know his gloves were fine.
Do we as boxing fans really want one of our HW champions being banned for 8 years due to some bs that happened over 5 years ago?
Fury has already served a two year ban. If i'm a Joshua or a Wilder fan, i want Fury in boxing so that my guy will get the credit for beating him.
If Fury gets banned, Joshua/Wilder or whoever, will never get a chance to be undisputed champion because in the eyes of some fans, Fury will be the man until someone beats him in the ring.
It seems to me that some fans know that their guy can't beat Fury in the ring, so they're trying to taint him and hound him out the sport.

Don't worry mate, Fury isn't going to get banned over this nonsense. `
Exactly! Some of these posters need to go back and watch the fight. Maybe throw in some breakdown videos so they better understand what they are watching.
Hey man , not sure that would help cause many have agendas or some other sort of bullchit
Freaking out , it’s two days in a row that I’ve actually had pleasant discussions about boxing
Is boxinscene getting back to normal ?
Haha nahhh I don’t think so lol
Please don't compare Fury and Canelo it's 2 different world, Canelo is a true champion and deserve the benefit of doubt not Fury.
Fury is just as much a champion as Canelo is, arguably more so. Canelo lost to Lara & GGG.
Not really. Fury served his time. How long did Canelo get banned for peds? What about Miller? Whyte?
Fury served a 2yr ban. If he had been popped recently, then fair enough, but it's been 5 years, he's tested clean ever since.

Nobody wants anything, everyone has moved on. Let UKAD get their money back for the wild boar lies that Team Fury use as their excuse. The belt is better in Fury's hands as we would get the undisputed fight. Even with this whole thing i now know Team Fury would be eager to make as much money as possible by doing the undisputed fight. Just to make sure nothing else gets in the way of everyone making their monies.
Unfortunately they havent though, you need only look at the various threads created by Wilder fans asking for Fury to be banned.
Awesome assessment as a whole
There was no fughin power involved , Fury still has pity pat shots
Just he overwhelmed him by coming forward and throwing
Mention needed for his plan of leaning and tiring him out , that was probably Fury’s best adjustment and the difference between the first and second fight
Wilder was having a hard time holding on ffs , just didn’t know how and the fact he had no plan b or c was his downfall

Not new adjustments but to come in lighter and fight like he used too. He used to move alot more but got used to sitting in the middle inactive. If he can bring back the movement and unpredictability which made him awkward for fighters who faced him he could do alot better. Unfortunately he stopped doing alot of what made him a champ and fell into his own hype.
Absolutely right
Not even the hype but relying on that punch is more like it
This time he got played by his own game
Innocent until proven guilty should still apply.
And it is being applied but as a human with intelligence , I can like you can make up your own mind
Right ?
OJ was proven innocent , but no fughin way did I think he was innocent
I’m a American who thinks Wilder is number 2 in the world. I thought Fury won the first fight. I don’t think Fury is a ATG but his win against Wilder a undefeated champ with amazing power and athletic ability was a good one. The problem is you have all these fanboys flipping out because they don’t have any ability to analyze a fight. Fury didn’t have any amazing new power. He wore Wilder down mentally and physically by touching him, going to the body, leaning on him, and pressuring him for 3 mins of every round while Wilder came in heavier and is now used to waiting with no real pressure being applied by his opponent. The Wilder that fought Stiverne fought on the backfoot and used his jab to keep Stiverne at bay. Wilder has gotten complacent and it showed. Wilder also had a much better fighter than Stiverne in front of him who is much bigger also. If these “fans” think it was power that won Fury the fight they don’t know what they are watching. If their upset Fury was slapping Wilder watch the Wilder-Ortis fight. Wilder does the same crap. They need to become fans of the sport as a whole and get a lesson on how to analyze a fight. Power had nothing to do with it. Effective pressure did both physically and mentally. I expect Wilder to do better in a rematch and come in lighter and more mobile.

If Fury got banned for what amounts to the end of his career it would be a disgrace. I'm a Wilder fan but an 8 year ban would be ridiculous even if he is guilty. Miller basically just lost out on the AJ fight with no other real punishment and he was caught doing red handed 3 times over. Like Fury or not people should leave the past in the past.
Unfortunately , that seems to be the norm in boxing these days
Honestly I don’t think at this time in his career , Wilder can make many or the needed adjustments ( can’t teach an old dog new tricks ) but I do believe that he can knock him out
But I’d be the first to say that no adjustments were made and he just relied on his one punch power

Right, OK so Tyson deserved an 8 year ban for a first time doping offence? That's fine, as long as you agree that Canelo should also have been banned for 8 years, and any accomplishments he's achieved since the offence should be null and void?
I dropped Canelo from my squad, when he failed VADA testing for Clen. Sorry dum-dum, I have integrity. People will remember that I was a hardcore Canelo fan.

I was also a Errol Spence fan, before he turned to a hoe.

The haters from the boxinscene call me a fanboy, but I'm as real as you can get. Boxing comes first.
UKAD settle with the Fury's based on false testimony by Martin Carefoot. This was vital in the decision to offer Tyson a two year back-dated ban no doubt, the dopes at UKAD read Martin Carefoot's statement and considered the bogus 'Wild-boar' explanation for the nandrolone.
How would UKAD dealt with Tyson and Hughie, without this fabricated excuse? Its not just Tyson who was on the chopping block, Hughie virtually never served a ban ; the Fury's got a judge to lift Hughie's suspension as the trial moved forward. How is justice served in the end? Tyson, and Hughie would still be banned, as they should be, this sport is dangerous as it is.

I think that if Wilder comes back with a victory in the third fight all this talk is going to take the shine off the win. It will become well Fury wasn’t allowed to cheat and is a bum. Whereas it should be a great comeback where a limited fighter who arguably lost both fights made the proper adjustments and dared to be great.
Unfortunately , that seems to be the norm in boxing these days

It's not about what we want, it's about what is appropriate and what isn't.
It's also about doubts being cast on Fury's accomplishments whether those doubts are justified or not.
In other words, the label "cheat" will mar ALL of what Fury has done whether he did it legitimately or not...and that's the tragedy.
Personally, I think Fury has been a huge part of bringing boxing's most glamorous division back into the spotlight. And, we have at least 2 megafights- the trilogy and the AJ showdown- on tap.
But, this can and will cloud all of that if it is not discredited.
Make no mistake, this is bad.
If UKAD has those sworn statements and those statements in any way influenced the original decision UKAD made in the Fury case, then this recanting by the farmer is a huge deal and is definitely a case of tampering.
And that can and should be punished.
For boxing's sake, I hope it's shown the farmer is full of crap.
Not looking good tho...
And just to be straight , yes he defeated Wilder
My thinking is he’ll do the same with AJ
But there will always be that doubt in the back of my head

Fury probably was chatting s*** re the boar, i'm not defending it, it is what it is. Fury got caught, got banned and served his ban.
I'm a believer in giving people second chances. I don't want Canelo or Whyte banned either.
Now if Fury fails another ped test, i'll wash my hands of him, but until that time, he has my support and is a clean fighter, as far as i'm concerned.
I can respect that and it’s an honest statement
Personally , guys like Whyte and Miller should be banned for like 5 years
If they can comeback from that fine or else good riddance
