Did they not have a sparring session toguether a few months ago i saw a few pics about it i bet you canelo was to quick and gennady does not have the best defence but his technique, power and balance are beyond normal
lee by ko ... may be...
Saunders is a better boxer and is really tough ... not an easy guy to KO... i suppose the bare knuckle fighting experience helps him.
eubank jr vs billy joe saunders
wrong game plan for eubank and the best thing his dad can tell him on the late rounds is : just go and knock him out JR.
Wrong forum. ;)
Anyway, I have tried them years ago. And I'm warning you: DO NOT buy them. In fact, even if they hand them to you for free, don't wear them. Lonsdale is absolutely terrible. The quality is god awful, they fall apart after a few weeks. The sole comes off, they don't offer any ankle support, the sole itself is cheap and rubs off after a few weeks and then becomes a flat area, basically not absorbing any impact anymore. Just don't buy them. The same can be said about the Nike Machomai's and Everlast as well if you plan on buying those.
Asics is a great brand when it comes to shoes (Boxing, Wrestling, Running). Good quality, low price. Adidas is ok. Stay away from Lonsdale, Nike, Everlast.
cheers :D i will take it in count. I was thinking of adidas box hog as well.
Any one has seen reebok to sale look like only floyd and khan wear them.
I think he should not become a world champion as easy as that... I mean he is one of this boxers which is good but not good enough... he failed every time he had a chance ( a bit like Kevin mitchells career). It is crazy how boxrec rank him number 3 in the divisional and Badou Jack number 12... I would rank Groves about number 8 or 7 ... and that is in a weak division(in my opinion)which Ward and Froch left, Abraham is probably near retirement and the only top guys are Badou Jack Degale and Ramirez. To me Groves seems like a small supermiddle, may be he could go down to middle weight looking for big fights but I see him getting KOd by guys like Canelo and GGG...
I dont think it would be that easy ... especially with the Errol spence situation, Brook does not want to fight his mandatory and to be honest I think Spence could beat him (55/45 to spence I would say)
I disagree, Ortiz will KO Hugie Fury easy... Ortiz would knock out most boxers in the British heavyweight scene ... I think chisora and white will give him a challenge ... The only two which In my opinion would beat him are AJ and Fury and I say that because I dont know if Ortiz can Handle AJs power... if he can Handle AJs power Ortiz might beat him... do not forget that Ortiz can actually box as well as fight and this is probably due to his over 300 amateur fights in La Finca (where all the Cuban amateur champions train) ... I think he would give Joshua a very tough fight.
Tyson Fury has to be the strangest mind in boxing right now... you never know when he is being serious, or if he is crazy or may be he is just Joking haha he is surely a character
Father Time will catch up with Wladimir Klitschko sooner of later.
But it may not be for another couple of years, he looked very good in his last fight.
Yeah he did it was a really good performance where pulev had nothing to do. Wladimir will fight Fury or the winner of stiverne and wilder?
At this stage? Nobody.
Fury has the tools imo, but Wlad's timing & power would probably be too much.
Agree Wlad is just to good for the other heavyweights
Difficult one they are both monsters in the ring ggg has better technique and has the biggest amateur experience but Kovalev has the range and has fought better fighters so far so who knows it would be a hell of a fight
I think Leo wants to fight Rigo but everybody around him don't want to see him get beat up. I'm not sure Rigo is next.
Yeah he said something about his dad not wanting to fight rigo because it would be a boring fight i think that is bull****. Either they are scared of him getting hurt or they think rigo would out box him. But to be fair I think it would be a hell of a fight and a clash of styles as one comes foward with speed (santacruz) and rigo fights of the back foot and counters. Surely a must watch fight it happens. All can do is hope.
ive seen lots of the biggest names in boxing in the last 25 years in fights in san antonio tx. big names and big crowds.
Canelo vs Austin trout one of the most recent
ive seen julio cesar chavez, both sr and jr, pernell whitaker, delahoya, paquiao, mayweather, barrera, canelo, maidana, broner, and a lot more world class fighters, all of them at the alamodome in san antonio.
Exactly I read it is the main in San Antonio (alamodome) hope i can go there one day and watch a good fight
Lol god shut up dude. Terrible poster. is not a terrible poster he can have his opinion but anyway i dont think he is ducking rigo is more his team and i belive he will fight him as soon as he can get ride og DLH
Fury, most likely, although I'm not sure that big, stiff would agree to fight someone who can bang.
All Fury does is talk big.
Fury is also a little bit chinny he is been wobbly a couple of times
100% chance of this fight not happening next. Leo is happy fighting dishwashers and sparring partners making $750k a fight, why would he want to fight someone good when he makes more money than a lot of guys fighting bums?
good point money is also a factor rigondeaux is the king and a master of movement and technique but when it comes to making money he just is not as lucky as others i'm afraid.
All this Santa Cruz hate on here is ridiculous.
Only reasons he's fighting sparring partners is to get off Golden Boy once that happens he'll step it up. Definitely not Rigo next , but he'll be in some good fights and hopefully the Rigo fight materializes down the road. Is not hate they are just hypothesis of why not happened yet lets ope for it it will be a close fight as I said but i guess it wont happen at least until the end of the year or later
For pure technique the top boxers are Rigo, Maweather, and Ward. But there are different styles. If we're talking boxer/puncher then you have to throw Pac, Cotto, Donaire, GGG and Kovalev in the mix. Then you have the Bangers like Maidana and Kirkland.
Algieri is a good boxer who knows his limitations. He understands he's a boxer with no pop, so he won't try to step outside of his game plan and mix it up. So if he sticks to his game plan, uses his reach and length, he may be able to cause Pac some issues in the fight. Having said that, I still feel as though he does not deserve to share the ring with Pac at this stage in his career. If Algieri had a couple more notable wins and at least one good win at welter weight then I could stand behind the fight.
Thanks for the answer it was great!
I agree with you algieri should fight at least 1 or 2 more notorious guys before stepping up against manny pacquiao but full credit for him for beating provodnikov and Emmanuel taylor.
Obviously Sergio is pretty hot.
Always thought Felix Sturm is a good looking guy. Kessler too, he's quite sexy and could have made a good model in his younger years.
Lomachenko is hot. Would bang.
ha! you are not funny ******!
I think in this fight they should get paid the same. Wilder brings the hype and excitement and Stiverne brings the title and experience to test the young KO machine so will see it looks like a good heavyweight fight.

It's amazing how Wilder is getting a 1m dollar payday, despite never fighting a legit opponent. Hats off to his management team, they've done a fine job for him.
completly agree he hasn't showed to be world class but his KO record is scary
Ha! Stiverne went hard but wilder said something about Stiverne's ex girlfriend so i guess they are even.

I think fury and wilder would be an even one. Both tall fighters with long range and power... lets see if wilder is the real deal first against Stiverne. Then he can talk Fury and eventually klitschko
