Ortiz was still young when he quit against Maidana and he was weight drained at 140 too. At welterweight, Ortiz is healthier. Hes much stronger, faster, and is much more determined and I honestly think that he can beat every one at 147 decisively, except for Pacquiao and Mayweather.

The thing is that HBO is ruining boxing. They should have ZERO say in matchmaking. What they are doing is trying to create a new face for HBO like RJJ back in the day. Mayweather is retired. Pacquiao is on SHO.

I saw his fight against Ponce De Leon, he sucked. He was trying to do some Mayweather stuff and was looking like a retard against a slower, smaller, and less skilled opponent. Then when he got the decision you would have thought he had just knocked out Pacquiao by the way he was celebrating.
