You have got to be kidding me. The dude is a joke. He has had over 300 am fights and in his 20th fight and first time stepping up he got exposed and looked like the joke that he is. If he is boxings next superstar, then the sport is indeed in a world of trouble. He is boring, has no appeal, and does not have any qualities that any casual fans look for in a fighter. He should already have an L on his record but he got a gift. I am hopeful that he loses to Litzau so that he will have an unofficial loss to Ponce and another back to back loss to Litzau so that we don't have to be subject to him getting anymore big fights. I am tired of these tailor made created fighters who are nothing but a black mark on the sport. They lose fights but remain undefeated, get big fights, yet don't deserve them and never step up in competition. Kirkland, Bradley, Berto, Broner, Chavez Jr.... All from the same cloth and ALL FRAUDS. They are bad for the sport and supporting Broner is as ignorant as supporting Pacquiao's garbage choice of opposition. problem is that litz is tailor made for broner... broner is a total joke,. he acts like floyd but cant even come close to floyd in the ring....he showed no heart vs pdl and little power.

Broner may have failed to impress against Ponce, but he didn't lose the fight. Clearly he has a lot to work on but I like his skill set. I think people are hating a little too hard on the kid coming off a 10 KO in a row streak because he didn't put on his best performance against a seasoned south paw ex champ. I'm sure Oscar got in his ear on that USO tour and I expect him to let his hands go a little more and get the KO against a tough but tailor made opponent in Litzau.

Imho I think what the general consensus from people watching and putting on boxing matches is they want action fights. Broner in his last fight against Walter Matysse was really really boring. You need to put people in seats and sell fights he doesn't have the pedigree of a floyd but fights like he should. Floyd has a great offense and a great defensive offense. Broner turtles up doesn't counter punch and has a whole lotta cock in his walk for a gift decision he got. He has allot to learn and only if he humbles himself to learn new tricks he'l get better no doubt he's got skills but they need to translate in the ring.

Broner is not even comparable to the caliber of fighter that Canelo is, get that straight, and even Chavez Jr is on another level from Broner. I can't believe some of these comparisons. Broner is alone in his class and it's not a good class to be in. There is a reason nobody likes him and it's not cause he's black or whatever some of you guys may be thinking. Canelo at least has some skills. He is a good combination puncher and he has a lot of power. He has appeal. Broner has no defense, crap footwork, no combination skills, and no power. People who are saying that he is a good counter puncher are full of it. He tries to be a counter puncher but he is not good at it, as a good counter puncher would pick a guy like PDL apart which Broner did not come close to doing but instead lost in a lopsided fashion. So you hold a fight against a young professional like Broner completely writing him off~ yet you love Khan who performed much worse in a similar situation against a much lower level of fighter. If Khan can come back to that high a level (in your view) you should believe a different prospect could possibly grow. I fail to see how Khan and Bradley are different except that Khan is less tested, unless you want to just buy into hype about a fight not coming off as opposed to actually looking at the two guys~ So you're seriously comparing Khan to Broner? Are you freaking kidding me? Khan was killing himself to make weight and was caught by a shot. Prescott had a punchers chance and it worked out. Lightning doesn't strike twice and I would be shocked to see him lose to him again. I would believe Broner could grow if he showed any signs or qualities of a great fighter, as Khan does.
