Ponce De Leon didn't stand in front of Broner, that's why he did so well. Broner is not fast on his feet but he's a fast counter puncher. I noticed Bogere countered Abril's right hands with his own right hands several times in the fight, that's one of the things Broner does best.Ponce was in front of Broner more times than not and stood in the pocket but used a high guard. Bogere was able to counter because if nothing more, he has fast feet and even leaps in. Broner will have a harder time getting in than Bogere because he tries to walk fighters down and that is not happening with Abril. Broner will get frustrated and lose or win a close decision that even more exposes his lack of footwork.

My bad I don't want any links or am I asking for any, I have a feeling I shouldn't ask this.If anyone supplies one here, it is possible that the exposure would lead to the stream being taken down. That is - an open stream like the ones anyone can watch without logging into a site but rather just viewing a link that there seems to be many of. But some sites that host streams are very polished sites that charge 3 bucks a PPV will get you HD quality streams in very high quality with no drop offs. How they get by the legalities is that they accept a 3 dollar "Donation" and you log onto the site and get private streams. Some have been up for years so they do not appear to violate laws whether here in the U.S or in the UK. If a site takes a Donation and you see a private stream, I don't see how that is any more illegal than inviting friends to a house and having them chip in to help cover the cost and we all know that is not illegal.

I think he beats all of them but because of his speed and power I think Gamboa would be difficult for Broner for a few rounds.No one really beats everyone. At 135/140 he will win some and lose some, like every fighter.

Like I said, Broner is not a defensive genius. It's easier to hit a fighter who shoulder rolls especially being rangier. Broner also doesn't utilize his legs much. His wide stance would be exposed. Hank Lundy uses his legs far more than Broner does. If Broner can be hit by midgets at will, a rangier fighter & good footwork most certainly can have success.Exactly. There is a HUGE difference between Abril and the guys Broner has fought. Notice that Rees, DeMarco, Litzau, Ponce, and other were all right in front of Broner. They were chosen because Broner does not have quick feet and walking down a fighter is not going to work against fast, fleet footed fighters Abril or Vasquez. That means the fight would be very uncomfortable for Broner and be close and expose Broner's lack of foot movement and take away the buz that Team Broner wants to maintain. He would look bad no matter what the outcome would be.
Mares is 100X better than anything Russel has But its not the resumes fighting the resumes, its the fighters fighting fighters and their styles. Oscar had a HUGELY better resume than Mosley going into their first fight and Mosley won. Donaire fought nobody compared to Darchinyan and we saw what happened there and this happens all the time. Russell would give Mares fits. If it came down to just resumes, Boxing would not be available for Gambling on. You could just look at the resumes and know who would win. Doesn't work that way.

Even if Broner wins, Richie would make him look bad.The thing is - against Rees, Broner missed a lot of punches and was hitting air for the first few rounds and that was against a guy right in front of him! Broner would be teeing off on a lot of air against Abril. They will NOT let Broner fight Abril or Vasquez because those fights would create a buzz kill on the Broner hype machine which will not be allowed. Fast feet and precision punching are Broner's nemesis which is apparent based on the guys he has fought the last two years. Think about it, Perez, Rees, Vicente Martin Rodriguez, Litzau, DeMarco, even Ponce are ALL guys who are right there in front of him! That is not a coincidence! Only the Ponce fight backfired and he lost that fight. But the opponent choice is VERY obvious with those 6 guys! It sends a powerful message that with Broners walk down style that he does not have fast feet and they are compensating for that with opponent choice.

it's very obvious that his head was not repeatedly slammed into the ground. if it was, trayvon was very weak and not doing any damage of real consequence. i don't know how anybody could believe that a life threatening beating took place given the photos.The pictures show he had at least 3 wounds to the head. If he had continued slamming his head on the cement, that could have resulted in serious injuries or death. Zimmerman properly defended himself.
