I noticed that too. It seemed like HBO was pandering to the UK audience and the same for SKYSports. Both networks were going out of there way to compliment the opposing fighter. I was listening to the live radio stream on thesun.co.uk and they made it sound like Mayweather was destroying Hatton throughout the entire fight, a direct contrast from HBO's commentary. Lederman nearly had Hatton ahead on his score card. Teddy Atlas bashed him on espn.com wondering what the hell he was watching. lol
lol dont buy into this being "real" ...the segment was scripted..he was supposed to "hit" the Big Show. He wasn't, however, supposed to break his nose and bloody his face.
Wrestlers are willing to take punishment to get an angle over, and Big Show is a big boxing fan. This was even better than the Tyson-Austin angle. If Mayweather fights him at Wrestlemania that would be major. He'll get someone to face Big Show as his representative at Wrestlemania. He'll get involved at sometime during the match, but he wont actually be the one wrestling Big Show. Just my guess.
