Floyd Mayweather Jr., the reigning WBC welterweight champion and number-one pound-for-pound fighter in the world, made what should be a lasting impression in the world of pro-wresting when he made a surprise appearance during tonight's WWE pay-per-view, No Way Out, from the Thomas and Mack Center in Las Vegas (Mayweather's hometown).
WWE wrestler, The Big Show, the near seven-foot wrestler who weighs over 300-pounds, made his return to the company by beating on the much smaller Rey Mysterio Jr. After pounding around Mysterio, Show was ready to deliver his finisher, the chokeslam. Mayweather Jr, who was sitting ringside, jumped in the ring, after being taunted, to help Mysterio.
Show would push Mayweather, who was being held back by security. Show would then go on his knees, daring Mayweather to hit him. Floyd would oblige by attacking with a very hard combination that busted Show's mouth and nose wide open. Show was bleeding all over the place and chased after Mayweather and his crew.
Mayweather, continuing his mainstream crossover, pulled off an angle that has wrestling world talking.
