The sport they suck least in. So it better be boxing because they're absolutely ***** in football.
It's a cultural thing more than anything. For instance, Americans are pretty decent at hockey, but don't care about the sport that much.
As someone who grew up on hockey, American football, and basketball, watching a football match is very difficult for me. I do appreciate the skill, however.

I turned from casual to hardcore fan after watching the Mayweather-Cotto fight. I thought Mayweather sucked and couldn't figure out why he won. Then I watched it again, and again, and again, and it dawned upon me... That guy is a focking genius...
Been hooked ever since.

Being a Pac fan is not so bad after all. Now tell ur favorite fighter to do just half of that so u can call them ATGs
Wow, that was a lot of work. Is Pacquiao your daddy or something?
So where does it say Crawford wants to move up and wants Thurman for his debut fight at 147? The admin probably wants to know lad.
The admin probably already knows lad, I'm a legend around these parts lol
But if you need proof, here it is:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=g8w9loH--N0
It's clear the kid wants the crowd, but his daddy won't let him.
Exactly people just knew Loma as a good amateur fighter who already had a loss in his first 2 fights. Haymon was probably trying to show off Russell as a fighter who could take on the top amateur elites.
Come on, do you really think Haymon didn't know what he was looking at? Lomachenko was a risky fight, and he ended up losing his bet. But Haymon, unlike Arum, can actually afford to lose one of his chips.
Because deep down they feel that Floyd avoided that fight, and feel that Margs was a threat to Floyd.
They don't like that the love of their lives (Floyd) is perceived as having ducked that fight, so at every opportunity they try to diminish Margarito.
I'm a Mayweather fan and I sincerely don't give a fock about Margarito.
Kinda reminds me of a mexican fan on a Canelo video saying Mayweather fans were jealous of Canelo's popularity. I think mexicans are absolutely obsessed with Mayweather and are trying to score an imaginary win against him somehow.
Yes Charles Martin wasn't a worthy heavyweight champion, he was a disgrace.
But are you comparing resumes? Because AJ with a 3 year pro career and only 19 fights has a better resume than Wilder who's had close to 40 fights in nearly 10 years! Now that's funny.. Infact I don't know whether to laugh or cry.
Its not like Wilder beat a killer to become a champ.. He fought Stivern and couldn't even drop him. Need I remind you that Stivern was dropped in his last fight against a real BUM Derric Rossy.. He has next to no power and yet he dropped Stivern, something Wilder couldn't do.
The only reason Derric Rossy was able to drop him is because he was damaged goods after the Wilder fight. I suggest you check out of his post and pre-Wilder interviews. Night and day.
If we compare pre-Wilder Stiverne and Charles Martin, I think it's pretty clear who's the better fighter between the two.
I think andre ward is a great representative for the white people.
He boxes in honor of his father.

I wish more people would think like that. Unfortunately, the Irish-American community doesn't seem to embrace him.
For me its GGG, what about you guys?
I don't get racial pride. I don't get why a white American (assuming you're American) would feel pride for some Kazakh fighter making it. But then again, I don't have an inferiority complex.
He won't and Floyd his deciple is following the same trend, but thankfully arum has loma and Crawford who actually want to fight the best.
Crawford wanted to fight Thurman and Arum said the fight won't be happening anytime soon. So what the fock does that tell you???
Haymon has tons of fighters, if Arum loses Crawford, he's focked. Learn how to read between the lines.
It's hard enough for Haymon to pit his fighters against each other, and these idiots are telling me it's easier to make fights outside of uncle Al's house. If that is the case, then Kov vs Adonis would have been made a long time ago. Doe.
Wow, that was beautiful
Arum can't even put together Crawford vs Pacquiao, and those guys are in-house!
I'm pretty sure the fight is in the works. I actually think Crawford will be Pacquiao's farewell opponent. Arum wants the torch to be passed to Crawford, not to Haymon's camp.
Trying to unify.. Or just talking about unifying?. Talk is cheap.. Talking won't make you the unified champ, you need to fight to become that.
Wilder always talks about unifying but the reality is he's been a pro for almost a 10 years but he's fought absolutely nobody.
AJ on the other hand doesn't bang on about how he's going to unify the division, but isn't it ironic how he's already the only unified heavyweight champ even though he's only been pro for 3 years.
So who's really the one that's unifying the division???
Like I said talk is cheap.
If talk is cheap, then Joshua and Parker must be dead broke since none of them will even dare mention his name.
I think he actually wants this one, and for a simple reason, the MONEY. No one is dumb enough to duck the highest possible payday of a lifetime, certainly not a red white and blue blooded fighter like Wilder.
And yeah, calling Joshua a unififed champ is quite funny, even if it's true. I mean, the champ was focking Charles Martin for focks sake.
But he only needed one round past the fifth last time, got one and still didn't get the decision.
That's not how it works buddy. Unless you gave Kov all 5 rounds. If that's the case, then there's no point arguing is it?
Calling out over the hill Pacquiao is not something to brag about. Everyone would fight a semi-retired fighter with superstar status.
Spence calling out GGG would be more impressive.
GGG calling out Beterbiev would be equally stupid, but I get your point.
Yah charlo called out ggg and ronnie shields said no way in hell is he fighting ggg anytime soon. Congrats on another worthy troll thread.
Yeah, I'm pretty sure he vacated his belt and moved to 160 just so he could look more stupid ducking him.
They keep mouthing off about in house fights when Floyd refuses to let Davis get near Lomachenko. And the fact that one of Haymon's fighters Diaz got his ass whooped by a top rank fighter.
Top Rank does in house fights, Haymon does in house fights yet it seems to be that the only one that gets criticized is Bob Arum.
Wrong focker. Haymon is more than willing to sacrifice his prospects for good fights. He gave Russell away to build Lomachenko's legend. What did Arum give to Haymon? Nothing.
Haymon willing to give Diaz away is another sign of good faith. Haymon doesn't care about giving away 1 or 2 of his fighters, he has champions in damn near every division.
I think he will retire before that happens. Maybe end it all with a passing of the torch fight against Crawford and bow out not so gracefully. His fans won't hold it against him either, they actually care for him and want to see him protected, because they're pathetic.
Op makes a great point.
Thanks for the support. It's very clear what's going on here.
Crawford explicitly called out Thurman, but ARUM of all peoples came out to call off the fight and say that it isn't happening soon.
Arum only has 3 blue chips at the moment, and that is Crawford, Lomachenko and Pacquiao. All these fighters with the exception of Lomachenko have been challenged by Haymon fighters. But Arum won't entertain any of these fights, and it makes perfect sense. He's trying everything he can to preserve them, hence why we're getting Pacquiao vs Horn and there are no talks of unification since Haymon has pretty much monopolized the division.
Perfectly understanble from a business standpoint, but sh1tty from a boxing fan's.
Lots of inactive fighters in the PBC camp, yet this idiotic TS has no say about it. Lots and lots of fights that can be made are not being made.
Spence vs Thurman, Spence vs Porter, Spence vs Peterson, Spence vs Garcia, Swift vs Porter, Swift vs Berto, Lara vs Andrade, Lara vs Williams, Lara vs Charlo, Lara vs Quillin, Lara vs Jacobs, etc. etc.
Why do you need Crawford when you have all these fighters available in your own backyard? Effing fanboys.
Because Crawford is more highly rated than any of those guys and would make a better fight? And what the hell kind of sh1t fight is Lara vs Quillin???
Wrong again stupid. Russel wasn't given away. Haymon was confident that Russel was going to beat Lomachenko, so Bob was willing to match him, and with that, he got his ass whooped.
Wrong again numbskull. Haymon was willing to take a risk with one of his top prospects, something Arum will not do with his. Now, when will Arum return the favor?
