The reason is simple, Usyk is much faster than Fury. Usyk knows grappling to counter the clinches. In the first few rounds you can clearly see Fury simply didn't have the reflexes to defend against Usyk's 1-2. it's much faster than he can react. Usyk CAN hurt Fury. He can throw 20-30 punch combos and hurt Fury worse than Deontay Wilder. It doesn't go the other way. Fury never seriously hurt Usyk who has an iron jaw. Fury does not have the 1 punch KO power needed to hurt Usyk to the body either. Usyk KO's Fury in their next fight. You have to also understand Usyk despite being 2 yrs older, is a much better maintained athlete.
