Pernell Whitaker wasn't a big win? JCC wasn't a big win twice?
Do you even watch the sport?
JCC was old, Whitaker KD’d Oscar, and outlander him at a higher percentage. Damn bro, I already gave the man his flowers for being a six weight champ, a very rare feat. He’s just not a ATG in my eyes. Don’t nobody get into the sport of anything to win. That’s like me calling the Chicago Bulls an ATG team over sh*t they accomplished nearly 30 years ago.
It is amazing how people will believe anything negative about ppv sales when it comes to a PBC event.
There seems to be this desperation to have all PBC events do poorly. Tank v Martin sold close to 14k seats. Had a great live gate. That suggests the ppv did more than what the TS is saying.
Note the TS always puts out an uncorroborated number regarding a pbc ppv.
Crazy how nobody ain’t saying anything about Ryan’s numbers, and his fight was 2 months ago.
Pac had better resume. 3 Mexican ATGs. Cotto, DLH, thurman.
What makes DLH an ATG? He lost all his biggest fights. Him being a box office draw is basically a myth, especially when he’s had 4 PPV’s surpass 1M, while Floyd had 4 that surpassed 2M. Credit to DLH for being a legit 6 division champ, but ain’t no such thing as ATG status when you’ve lost all your biggest fights.
Dan Rafael is saying it did 325K - 350K. Funny tho, no one’s saying anything about the Garcia VS Haney PPV numbers, and both of them complaining of not getting paid yet. I guess the boi Tank is the new face of boxing
Without a doubt he’s the worst trainer. Wilder’s on a terrible losing streak with dude in his corner. WTF was he even thinking making someone he KO’d in one round his main trainer.

What makes Oscar an all time great?
That has to be one of the most ignorant takes I've ever read on this site.
Whatever, I’ll be ignorant just because I ain’t sucking Oscar off, or share the same opinion as you. In sports you WIN, IMO, yo lining a ATG losing your biggest fights.
Canelo's way worse than Pacquaio in regards to Catchweights.
I’d say Pacquiao was worst, he was winning world titles in different divisions with catch weights
Tim never technically won his first world championship, it was an email title. Then when Charlo vacated, they tried to quickly put all the belts on him. Tim is another hype job who was forced upon fans due to his dad, the fact the boi got 3 title shots in 15 months, one coming off a loss in insane.
wow that guy most be the most delusional trainer ever. I would vote for Malik Scott the worst trainer of this decade. Hes making every fighter he works with visibly worse not only wilder but all of them and even worse is what he tells fighters in between rounds. This guy is clueless wilder should never have made him his main trainer but it seems like scott is a good con artist. he made wilder believe if he boxes like he (malik) used to box he will be more effective haha. i can really see malik scott putting wilder on ayahuasca and whispering in his ear during the trip. but i agree with him shane is a good trainler, mark breland was excelent for wilder and so would breadmen.
It’s what I’ve been saying, Scott ruined Wilder’s career. Wilder is on a serious losing streak, but then again, wilder is to blame for not firing Scott.
It's insane, the insatiable appetite of boxing fans. Let's reflect a bit, shall we?
The last big Welterweight fight was Spence Vs Crawford (2023). Before that, Manny vs Floyd (2015). Before that, De La Hoya vs Floyd (2007). Before that, De La Hoya vs Whittaker (1997). Before that, Leonard vs Duran (1980).
That means, there have been 5 Mega Fights at Welterweight over the last 45 years.. that's one every nine years.
We just saw this eras Welterweights fight each other, and it conclude with Spence and Crawford. Can we please have some patience with the development of this new era?
Mayweather vs DLH was at light middle/super welter 154 lbs
