I still have Pacquiao winning all three bouts, albeit closely. Heres the bottom line:
Pacquiao-Marquez 1-
I had it 115-110, 7 rounds to 5 for Pacquiao. Harold Lederman had the same score. The official judges had it: John Stewart 115-110 PAC | judge: Burt A. Clements 113-113 | judge: Guy Jutras 110-115 MARQ
Incidentally, Burt A. Clements scored the first round 10-7 instead of 10-6. If he scored the round correctly it would have been a Pac victory.
Pacquiao-Marquez 2-
I had it 115-112, 7 rounds to 5 for Pacquaio. Harold Lederman had the same score. The official judges had it: Duane Ford 115-112 PAC | judge: Jerry Roth 112-115 MARQ | judge: Tom Miller 114-113 PAC
Pacquiao-Marquez 3-
I had it 115-113, 7 rounds to 5 for Pacquaio. Harold Lederman had it 116-112 for PAC. The official judges had it: Dave Moretti 115-113 PAC | judge: Robert Hoyle 114-114 | judge: Glenn Trowbridge 116-112 PAC
The bottom line is Marquez relies too heavily on his counterpuncher style AND his trainer telling him hes winning the fight going into the championship rounds and IS NOT aggressive enough throughout the fight and especially down the stretch. Couple that with the fact that, as Harold Lederman stated, judges FAVOR the affective aggressor when it comes to determining who wins close rounds, and as I see it Marquez will come up with a L every time, BOTTOM LINE.
