I mean they help the pure boxer get an advantage with their larger circumference size so they can block a larger portion of their face with and can parry shots with ease. every glove has their advantage to a particular fighter that is the reason why they wear them. What if the roles were reverse and fighters with hand problems had to wear punchers glove that will clearly be a disadvantage to them, forcing punchers to wear non punchers gloves is a clear disadvantage to them. This is not sparring nor is it the amateurs, its the hurt business. You cant baby proof this sport just cause a few fighters balls haven't dropped yet.

Why Is It That Cuban Boxers Are Always Consistently Getting Boo'ed I highly doubt that that many people have something against cubans in general but seems like everytime a cuban boxer fights the place gets restless and boos them.

Now a days we have fighters afraid to fight fighters in their own weight class so they rather drain them so they can fight (miguel cotto), now we have fighters scared to move up so they fight in their own weight class (canelo, danny garcia), we have fighters scared to allow commision approved gloves (mayweather, brook), We have fighters who will not leave their hometown and want every advantage in their favor (ward), we have fighters scared to fight another champion in their own division (entire 160lb against GGG). Seems every where we turn its just not a fight anymore where may the best man win type of deal instead its a hybird of flag boxing where everyone gets a trophy. Where to avoid any real contact/damage they change the sport a bit so it can super safe for themselves and they always win.

They were crying up and down for the fight to be stopped when Gradovich suffered a non threathen cut on the side of his face but when mitchell suffered a helaious life threathen type of cut they didnt say a word about stopping the fight they actually went on and praise mitchell for his braverly fighting and that he actually winning and blah blah blah. Dont know if you guys know about "Boxing in the Hallway" But these dude for the most part are allright, The camerman is hella disrespectful to anyboxer. I mean the corruption and the close legit decisions are what leads to the massive arguments and different point of views on fights. when a decicision is close some will blame it on the corruption and use that in their arguments for their agenda. The real corruption will never really know about but we know its going on kinda like a grey cloud hovering the sport. my question is if the sport was raned legit and their was no disputing peoples victorys or rights to the belt or challenge would boxing lose its social atmosphere about it?

hes fights are ugly and nothing really happens till it happens. He does the same thing over and over again. And their always like 100 clinches in a round. Either He throws lands how he wanted or else he will hold and clinch. So basically he trys for the same punch over and over and happy to just tie you up if he didnt land and then he trys again and again. ****ing boring.

Ive been watching some boxing all day today and I realized they gave everyone props for boxing their oppenent rather then going to war with them. I will list the 3 that will relate to who I will be talking about. 1. Marco vs Hamed. 2. Morales vs Pacquaio 3. Marquez vs Pacquaio and I believe why all these fighters get away with it on these particular fights cause they typically go to war or put on a show only when it is extremely necessary do they go 100% into boxing and 100% into defense, so we give it a slide cause we know they did what they had to do to win. Now with mayweather, We know he can war and put on a show and win easily but he rather just 100% box and 100% defense and no real prize fighting blood in him (now a days). and since we know he can actually win the fight easily even in a guts and glory type of fight but he rather just do what he has to do to win. what you guys think EDIT: forgot to add - this is the mind set of the casual fan (who make up like 90% of the fans) thats why we get people who cant accept the greatness in floyd boxing, they rather see risk etc etc
