I know why people dont give mayweather his props

Simply, people dont like how FLoyd judges Pac, when really it should be boxing historians and experts who judge and to a lesser extent boxing fans. If Floyd thinks he can judge, well people will judge him in return. Pac dont go around having his say on Floyds achievements, he isnt as obsessed with Floyd has done or what he hasnt done. Floyd, just like his own fans obsess over what Pac does, as it takes the spotlight off of what Floyd does or doesnt do! There are consequences to that ungentlemenly behaviour. Pac leaves it to God to judge him, what will be will be. He can do no more than get in the ring and fight, something Floyd hasnt been doing too much of, so is in no real position to speak, but if he does speak will be viewed as politically incorrect. Only fighting Floyd has done of late is with his wife.

Floyds the best fighter so they judge him with the highest standards. Floyds resume is sh1t in the eyes of his haters while Manys is great. Yet they have both faced the same opponent is serveral of their most recent fights. Floyd fights Hatton and Marquez they say hes scared of fighting natural WWs. Manny fights the same too fighters they want to throw him a victory parade. Floyd fights Oscar they say hes too old. Manny fights Oscar a year later and age isnt anything but a number. Bottom line is both sides are dug in and theres nothing anyone can say that will change either sides mind. Right or wrong thats just the way it is.

I can't speak for the can't speak for the casual fan because I am a serious fan. Boxing is the only sport I watch except for mma once in a while if it is free. Mayweather should get full credit for his many clear wins over good fighters. Whether he won in an exciting way or a safety first way should make no difference.I like to watch him he uses fast accurate clean punches and good defense to win. He does not grab you, wrestle you,and try to land illegal holding and hitting punches, like Mosley, Hatton, Berto, and in his fight, Molina do. Being exciting and being good are not the same thing. Kirkland is always exciting but he is not very good in my opinion. Angula, same thing. I think Floyd is fun to watch and of course a great fighter. If he did not brag so much and trash talk other fighters so much I think he would get more respect from the causal fan.

Ive been watching some boxing all day today and I realized they gave everyone props for boxing their oppenent rather then going to war with them. I will list the 3 that will relate to who I will be talking about. 1. Marco vs Hamed. 2. Morales vs Pacquaio 3. Marquez vs Pacquaio and I believe why all these fighters get away with it on these particular fights cause they typically go to war or put on a show only when it is extremely necessary do they go 100% into boxing and 100% into defense, so we give it a slide cause we know they did what they had to do to win. Now with mayweather, We know he can war and put on a show and win easily but he rather just 100% box and 100% defense and no real prize fighting blood in him (now a days). and since we know he can actually win the fight easily even in a guts and glory type of fight but he rather just do what he has to do to win. what you guys think EDIT: forgot to add - this is the mind set of the casual fan (who make up like 90% of the fans) thats why we get people who cant accept the greatness in floyd boxing, they rather see risk etc etc Two of those fights involve two ATG fighters who gave us very good fights. And Mayweather does get his props all the time. But go ahead and keep whining.

Mayweather kindly gives himself enough 'props' so that everyone else does not have to. I like mayweather and enjoy his fights but this is extremely true.

There less than a handful of Mayweather fights you could consider boring in his 42 fight career. People don't give him his props because they dislike him. This. And most knowledgeable ppl do give him props. But casuals and haters will always exist to tell us how boring he is and his his resume is trash.
