Was wondering if anybody knows whether any professional fighters have run a marathon whether it be a big city one like NY, Boston, Chicago etc and what time(s) have they run. I know "Irish" Micky Ward has run Boston a couple of times running a PB of 330ish.

Anyone know if this is true??? If so, then I can't wait for Toney to beat Wlad's ass then his sister Vitali!lol

I purchased a copy of Ring Magazine Jan 2008 edition (Floyd on cover) and was VERY dissapointed to say the least! The Taylor v Pavlik fight was going to be in next issue (Feb 2008) when the fight took place in September '07 and were in Jan 2008! Surely it couldn't take the writers 3 months to put together an article on Taylor v Pavlik fight. There was also no Calzaghe v Kessler report either! There was no Mayweather v Hatton report either. The Ring ratings are from July also. As much as the Ring Magazine being 'The Bible of Boxing' I virtually threw $25AU in the bin. Very dissapointed to say the least!

Who actually does cover Boxing best? HBO are excellent with Lamps, Merchant and Manny. Showtime also with Bernstein, Steve Farhood and Steve Albert. Who would you pick???
