He should use Tyson Fury as an example. He gave Wlad everything, bigger split, venue etc, just because he knew he would beat him. Wilder should have that same mindset.
Fury didn’t really have a choice but to give Wlad everything at the time. Wlad was undisputed champ then & they usually get a bigger piece/choice of venue. Problem is they have too many sanctioning bodies in boxing. Everybody & their brother has a belt now. Imagine if we had one beltholder per division, & the other top guys in that division were mandatories. When everyone has a belt, their usually not a mandatory to anyone anymore, so we’re left with all these “world champions” fighting B-level fighters.
When someone wants something in life that you feel you deserve then it's human nature to feel frustrated after a year and a half of waiting..
If you're not frustrated after waiting for a year and a half then that means you really don't want it,....
It's obvious Charlo don't want that smoke!
He Rather preserve his "0" fighting Uber drivers and tomato cans,... 😆🤣
Yes. This.
We could avoid all these controversial draws if we went back to the London Prize Ring Rules. The round only ended when someone was knocked down. Fight was only over once someone couldn’t continue.
All I care is that the winner fight Crawford next to determine who is best WW in World.
Don’t think Arum would allow Crawford to face Spence. This is the result of too many damn “champions” in a division. Everyone has a belt so none of the top guys are ever mandatory challengers to other top guys.
Going after the easiest belt
The ONLY reason Canelo is fighting Fielding is because that’s the easiest belt to take at 168, and they want to be able to say Canelo is a “world champion in x-amount of weight classes”. Another example of too many f-ing belts per division out there.
