ok , now i'll admit that in their 1st fight Roy didnt look all that well. BUT in their 2nd fight , he was ready. Look how sharp he looked up until the ko. Don't tell me going back from heavyweight affected him in the fight. Tarver caught him with a big counter left hand that he never saw coming .. end of the story. Roy was never the same afterwards.

Two of the guys he trained (Amir Khan , George St-Pierre) put on amazing performance yesterday. We all know what happened the khan- maidana fight and for those who didnt watch ufc , GSP literally outboxed the living **** out of his opponent especially with the jab. The commentators were saying that it was the best boxing display ever in ufc history. Freddie is just that good.
