i agree rematch should happen
golovkin should forget mayweather or ward tbh
he's too slow atm
Stop, I didn't think he won either but he'd absolutely k.o Floyd
Loma was very anonymous during the first couple rounds. Great win for Teo, proved the doubters wrong. Julie Lederman go judge tennis or some other sport, 119-109 is ridiculous.
Big ups Fury, totally dominated that fight. Wilder looked like he didn't belong in the ring with him, there is no point having a trilogy. Fury better not pull some bs and retire early, defend the belt
All the so called top heavyweights have a loss waiting to happen. Although Wilder is the least technical, he's the last I'll bet against bc of his crazy power. AJ is too robotic n quite chinny. The "fury is a master boxer" talk is very exaggerated, and he has piss poor power. I really don't see any of them as elite, and I wouldn't be surprised to see someone raw like DDD kayo any of the three.
Here we go, pretending something I didn't say in order to counter my fair argument, then "Idiot".
Typical Floyd's fan... uneducated little piece of trash.
Lol, seems to me you got a little hurt there. Care to explain how an older fighter waits for the younger one to decline? Sounds like a rather stupid argument to me. Typical FLOYD'S fan? yup I'm totally an uneducated Lil piece of trash.
Obviously...Floyd bring that safety first mentality to boxing.
Watch Pac because he's maybe the last true warrior we could witness in boxing.
Now, we are left with the Danny Garcias of the world.
No, Floyd busted his ass early on in his career and made smart business choices towards the end. Barring Guerrero, Berto fights, I am satisfied with the level of comp he fought. You can argue Pac also had a safety first mentality with the catchweights he used win belts at 47/54. Funny enough though, he gets more recogntion for beatig fighters Floyd already defeated. He's a great fighter, a legend, but Floyd was better boxer and also has the better resume.
Sure danny has taken a couple of soft fights, but he still has a better resume than most current champions, and age is on his side too. He'd be forced to take those fights that can elevelate him to legend status. If he wins them is another story. But a fighter like GGG, while it's clear he's the best MW ATM. He doesn't seem eager to make the necessary sacrifice to make the big fights. Yet fans still protect him more than Oscar does Canelo.
He just grabbed the best win in current boxing.
Who holds a better win?
So claiming he's P4P number one is not deluded.
I was laughing at that status yesterday because I thought and still thought he lost to Kova the first fight.
Not that he stopped Kova, he proved us he's.
But I'm not surprised, like I said before and after the first fight, Ward had some ring rust and prepared with average fighters this big fight.
He was on point tonight.
If it was a clean knockout I'd agree with you, this was a bad call from the ref. I don't think he has any elite ability, but he's well schooled in every aspect. However he gets in a lot of ugly fights so he has to be the cause, no?
GGG said he'd fight him at 154 and floyd said 'no thanks' yet has continued to talk **** about him, its pathetic. Difference is, GGG has never fought at 175 against anyone, mayweather has fought at 154 plenty of times. Even his daddy said hes got no chance against GGG.
The Ward fight would have been 168 not 175. There shouldn't have been a problem moving up one weight class since you expect floyd to do the same right?
Although wrong, it's understandable seeing fans of other top fighters claim Floyd avoid risks or whatnot. But it is a lot more ridiculous coming from GGG fans. Are you trolling, or are you brain dead? Seriously though.
floyds bodyguard vs conor in an mma fight would have been more interesting than this nonsense
Yeah that bodyguard was not at all initimidating, looked similar to conor, minus the juiced up biceps
Porter's right. I wouldn't say Brook was the best ww, but I honestly believe he'd have won yesterday if it was against Thurman. I don't buy the weight excuse. I thought he looked in terrific shape, and was clearly physically stronger than Spence during the first half of the fight. Team Brook didn't expect Spence to be able to take shots as well as he serves them. Every time he got hit with a good shot he upped the ante, that's what surprised me the most. Keith just doesn't have that personality.
I think Brook would have been able to keep him behind that jab, and maybe even stop him.
All jealousy over the best fighter of this decade...people can't handle that.
Yeah some people are so desperate to see the man lose. He'd be 10 years into retirement and they'd claim he's ducking whoever's hot at the time.
